here's the fun part. Evergreen accepted the Red Dagger's deal in order to purchase the House of Feathers, so the Red Daggers also think they control the assassins. So I'd say Piers walks into the Buzz saw, since both will approve of that. Than have the Red Daggers give a contract to hit someone from the Cult, and see how they respond.

Flea, btw, is trying to re-acquire Dacey at House Avalon, who was a former whisperer for Francis.
