Plot Hooks

[The Smith]

1)Cult of the Dead God-An organization that worships the others. Run by blind half-wights. Their goals are to destabilize WEsteros, in particular the North and the Wall. They have an alliance with the Faceless men who also want the world to die.

2)Dragons-Across the Narrow Sea, Lance Sands, Aranya Royce and Grand Maester Nehmen are helping Rhodri's daughter Saella raise three dragons.

3)The Smallest Council-Piers Bettley, Nehmen, Falatir Razoon, Anya Baratheon and Lance Sands are trying to prevent the apocolypse. Lord Baldwin discovered some signs of the Long Winter's approach, and some ways to combat them.(I have always thought prophecies or something that are vague) What they are doing now to fight the Others and their Cult.
Piers-Has retired to run agents. Decided that he was too exposed. He is now running his show from the shadows.
Nehmen-Training the next Dragon Queen.
Lance Sands-Training the Next Dragon Queen
Falatir-Staying KL, trying to affect the running of the kingdom
Anya-Feigned madness in an effort to join the Cult of the Dead God.

4)Red Daggers-Really just stumbled on them. The Red Daggers just kept coming up. Now I am thinking a criminal organization that is spreading through Westeros. They could be working with the Fire God in an effort to fight the others.

5)Twins-Rickon and Rodrick were switched at birth. Anya knew that Rickon was the true Stark, and loved him more. So she switched them. Only a junior Maester and Lady Hogg know the truth besides the Queen

[The Stranger]

We know that the Red Daggers have struck at Horas's network (which was infilitrated by the Cult), and also at Rodrick. They also attacked shipping near Oldtown.

I'm not sure why they'd attack Rodrick, perhaps they misunderstood the Cult's intentions (similar to how Frey misunderstood them). As for the attack on shipping, perhaps they mistook Farman's ship for a ship carrying some item of immense value to them. (for the moment, it can be a macguffin, doesn't matter what it is, and its only of value to them.)

If I had to guess why they attacked Rodrick I would say it was because they had three boys wondering around the slums of KL thinking they were hot shit, and this little kid did not back down. So they tried to beat him, but that turned ugly.

That is good. I do want them to be seperate from the cult. Maybe even enemies of the Cult too. But I think it is too good to pass on something that has sprung up in three locations.
