I know we already have a thread about the various individual weapon skills of those in the west, but I think now that it is war time, we need to start organizing our commanders and decide which ones are best for what position. Lord Jaymes Farman: Expert Naval-Battle Apprentice Battle Beginner Leadership
Ser Mychel Hill: Expert Battle Apprentice Leadership
I'm gonna write scenarios to try to get them both to Master Battle and Naval-Battle respectively, before we commence the attack
I would assume that Jaymes will be leading the naval assault once we attack. Commanding the Valkyrie's boarding party will be Ser Mychel, and when we land the army on the islands I'd expect him to be one of the sub-commanders under Marten.

Well, you might as well start raising Hill's stats now that the Redwynes have put you in jail. You could try to kill the guards like Mortimer Pyke did, I suppose.

If I can get ahold of a sword, I'm fairly confident in being able to cut my way out of the tower, if I'm not like totally alone vs 100 guards.

Marten, I know that you are an excellent commander. Are there any other NPC or anything that are good commanders?

That should definitely help.

Send Justin Prestor with 7000 men to Fair Isle, quickly.

I don`t think they will get there before the assault, but okay.

they can't storm the castle as soon as they arrive, they still have to take a little time to build siege equipment and such. That will give Justin enough time to arrive with reinforcements.

Guys, no need to send the men. Unless you still want to.
I have been able to negotiate with Harlaw. He will seek no attacks on Western lands or armies, but holds off on an actual truce unless he sees if the West turns against Horas. I gave him no answer to that except that I will write him back soon. It seems we have an uneasy peace now, and time to fortify our defenses. Let me know if this is good, bad, decent, whatever.

Hmm.... I wouldn`t trust him, but buying some peace would be useful... shall we send some force towards King`s Landing?

GENIUS, Marten. By sending them to KL, it will give Harlaw the impression we have indeed turned against Horas, but when they get there, if Horas is winning by then, we can simply say they were sent for Horas. All the while, we will have bought peace in the West.

Who do we attack when we get to KL?

Oh, it would depend on situation.
