My army up north burnt and destroyed nine ironborn longships, but the thirty men who carried out the attack all perished. However, they were mostly northmen, and no notables.
I would call this a small success to begin the war.

I captured 2 longships yesterday, and destroyed 1 more. I killed abut 275 Ironborn too, that is, if the Smith accepts my scenario

That is well. If I win the Bear Island battle (today, hopefully), the ironborn will be down to 13,000 troops total, and 374 ships, all located on the Iron Islands themselves.

I will try to be more online since tomorrow... we should strike at Pyke if we get help from Redwyne fleet.

Well assuming that I don't get arrested in the Arbor, I'm gonna try to bribe Robb Tarly's third character (the third Redwyne son) with a lordship in the Iron Islands if he takes at least a portion of his father's fleet to bring to my cause. We have 200 ships, roughly; if he can bring us at least 50 I say make him the Lord of Great Wyk or something, once we capture it.
Ok, I'm in prison, but I'm still gonna try to make this plan work.

haha, Jaymes, I just read the last line to the post you made above. I love the optimism. You may very well be in a better position than Lewys right now, who has a crazed killing machine running around the castle.
