Ser Phelan Lannister arrives to seek audience with the Magisters of Pentos.

[The Smith]

Lannister is lead to meet with Magister Qarro.

[Maester Maurin]

"Greetings, Magister."- Phelan nods respectfully.

"House Lannister sends best regards for Magisters of Pentos. We are interested in you have any ships to spare, n exchange for our gold. We also offer you our friendship- Braavos benefitted from Westerosi allies for a long time, perhaps Pentos would like to protect its interests as well?"

[The Smith]

Magister Qarro raised and eyebrow, "What are you offering?"

[Maester Maurin]

"We can offer favorable trade dealings in Westeros- current Lord Regent is trying to secure his position, and will not refuse any support. We could represent your interests with Royal Court. And we are rich ourselves."

[The Smith]

"Isn't there some kind of civil war in the Capital? Which side do you support?" Qarro asked sipping at his tea.

[Maester Maurin]

"Capital has been secured by Regent Horas Blackwood, though he has opponents. We currently support him, but it may change is his opponents gain advantage, we are not fully comitted to either side- there is much to gain in current situation."

[The Smith]

Qarro nods and stands, "Well perhaps when you betray your ally you should come back and deal."

[Maester Maurin]

"You don`t understand, there is no stable authority in Westeros, and won`t be for some time. On the other hand, House Lannnister has ruled in Westernlands earlier than recorded history and it is not going to change."

[The Smith]

Qarrro nodded, and then laughed, "I am not in the habit of dealing with admited oathbreakers. I am afraid there is nothing else to say."
