Arerya Taor and the chunk of the army that are living outside the city have set up a large camp, at first only tents, but now better living condition are spreading thought it. Arerya urges any of his men that wish to speak with him to come see him, and he tries to make the soldiers feel as happy as they can be.

Arerya walked through the camp, looking between the rows of tents and ramshakle buildings that had sprung up after they took the city.
His eyes observed his men, most of whom were going about their daily business, those who were off duty dicing with their fellows, others training in a circle that had been set off for that purpose. Still others studied maps of the local land, or stood guard, wary of any possible attack.
Arerya walked up to a trio of men that were dicing. Two of them wore simple brown clothes, but one was wearing his chain link curiass emblazoned with the symbol of Summer. He spoke first, "Admiral! To what do I owe this pleasure."
Arerya spoke, and his voice was relaxed and calm, the voice of a man enjoying himself. "Nothing, nothing really, soldier, just out here to see how you all felt about this."
"Admiral, this is what I've dreamed of doing, bringing honor to Thistled and my family."
The other man tossed the dice, and groaned, "Dammit." He saw the admiral and corrected himself, "I mean, ser, ah, How do you do?"
The soldier couldn't have been a day over twenty one, and Arerya smiled, "Relax, son. You're not on duty, enjoy yourself."
Arerya rose and walked on, occasionally stopping to speak with the troops. Getting to know the men.

Cahrin could feel the sweat on his brow as he dodged and jabbed, sparring competitively with another captain, named Achillios . Achillios suddenly froze, causing Cahrin's unchecked fist to slam into the his jaw. Surprised and confused, Cahrin turned to see the Admiral himself standing behind him, watching with an amused smile. Cahrin immediately forgot about his injured friend and saluted.

Arerya smiled as he watched one of his better captains knock the man flat. "Cahrin, nice to see you are keeping up with your training." He smiles and helps the other man up, who looks embarissed. "Could you come to the command tent in an hours time, Cahrin, I have several matters to discuss between the captains."

Achillios traded a dozen blows with his friend Cahrin. Both had risen to the rank of captain in Arerya Taor's Navy and they sparred often to keep their skills sharp. They were in mid-bout when Achillios spied the Admiral himself over Cahrin's shoulder, and did not move to block a punch form Cahrin's left. He snapped off a salute despite being hit, and Cahrin spun around confusedly a second later and saluted as well.

Cahrin and Achillios trained a few more minutes, but soon gave up, as both of their minds were on the meeting with the Admiral. They returned to their seperate tents to sup and then proceeded together to the Admiral's elegant tent.

Cahrin and two of the men he commanded rode forth from the camp before the sun was rising. They were dressed lightly, but each of their horses were carrying an ample amount of supplies.

Cahrin advised the Noth'Kol to make camp to the north of his own army's tents, and then invited the the general and his second-in-command to accompany him into the Summer Islander camp to meet with Admiral Taor. Cahrin had no doubt that the Admiral already knew of their coming many hours ago, but as he viewed his mission as a success, he wished to see Arerya in person.

A lone horse rides up to the camp. Across its back is the headless body of a Summer Islander, which can be identified as Captain Achillios.

When Arerya sees who is on the horse, he immidiatly orders the army to be mobilized, leaving the well sized garrison in Yeen, but taking the rest of his army and preparing to march.
