I told him I wanted to build ships, and he read the message but didnt respond, so I dont know if that means I can or not.

I told him I wanted 6,000 men to work everyday. If I can build one a day, I will have 16 ships plus the ones I build when White Harbor arrives, so a week from now I can have 23. Damn. Not very many.

I dont' want to hire sellsails from the Free Cities, I'd rather just buy the ships and have them be crewed by my own men.
