Randal and Maurin were/are cousins to Jeyne's grandfather, which make them her third cousins?
Marten would be her third cousin once removed, because he's the son of Maurin. Unless I don't know what kind of cousin is what, because when you get to second cousins & up, and then remove them once or twice it gets so murky. I think I'm right here.
Does anyone know when Allard's wife was born, and if she's dead or alive?
Also, is Jeyne's heir Randwin Lannister? He's Lord Baldwin's eldest living brother.

Sara Lannister was two years older then Allard, and she is still alive.
Randwin is probably the heir, but he has been gone so long I doubt most Westermen would accept him.

If Randwin is unacceptable as an heir, would his children succeed him? Steffen Lannister would be the first, then. If his children aren't in the equation, the heir would pass to Doran Lannister, but he's rumored to be his mother's bastard, so I dunno if he would be accepted as heir with his parentage in question. If he's not acceptable either the heir would shift down to Alrynd Lannister (Ser Torly's son), who is pretty old. Since he only has daughters, if he dies before Jeyne does, Lord Regent Maurin would become her heir, until she had any children.

I think honor would lead us to deliver the title to the true and rightful heir.

Yeah but it's hard to know who it really is sometimes.
