Formally the Keep of the Red apple Fossoway the Keep was stripped from them after the Reach rebellion. Cider Hall is located at the fork of the Mander and the Cocklesswent.
It is now being Lorded over by Lord Tallahar Tyrell.
With Lord Tallahar made Regent the Keep is entrusted to Ser William Tyrell as Steward of Dawnrose Keep.

Lord Tallahar Tyrell finally rode under the gates into his new Keep. The peasant at the town weren't to happy to see this new man arrive and suddenly be there Lord.
As Tallahor dismounted he looked around for someone to introduce him to he might know who is in command.

The Master of the Guard walks over and bows, "I am Polivar of your guard my lord."

Polivar bows, and leads Tallahar into the keep. On the way to the Lord's Solar he sows his new lord as much of the Keep as he can.

As they enter Tallahar notes some of the furniture is his own, "I see that Ser Hulken arrived a head of me."
Tallahar takes a seat then gestures for Polivar to do the same.
