Anne laughed lightly. "Alex, we're having a baby will probably suffice. That's pretty much what I told Francis."

Dacey laughed also, "Your right, but you know men folk, you tell them that and then they think you can't do anything for the next 4 months."

"Well better that then they take no interest at all?"

"It must be nice to travel. . . mother only ever took me to see the Westerlands, before that I never left Brightwater. Here you are almost my same age and you've traveled half across the kingdom." Dacey says a little let down.

"Oh hardly. I've traveled from the Vale to King's Landing, to the Westerlands and back to the Reach. Not exactly exciting travel."

"Well its still more then I've seen? Do you think I could come with you? Alexander doesn't want me to stay here at Horn Hill and I don't really want to be alone in Uplands without him?"

"I don't know if its a good idea, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt."

Lady Anne nodded, "That might be wise. I mean to leave, so go quickly."

Dacey left the keep and happened to meet her husband as he was coming in. "Honey" she said sweetly, "Anne wants to know if I can go with her to King's Landing?"
Alex looked up at his wife's blue eyes. "I am not sure its a good idea, King Landing is a foul place and its a long ride and you know how you hate roughing it."
"Alex, please let me go," Dacey pleaded, "You will be here and I'll be all alone in Uplands if If I am with Anne at least I'll have some one for company while your gone," she batted her eyes like a woman who is used to getting what she wants only can.
"Okay but I need you to take this letter to Princess Martell when you see her and I have something that I want her household to have. I will have it brought to your convoy. Can you ensure that it is delivered?"
Dacey nodded and then kissed her husband. "Thanks husband I love you," she said as she hurried to get ready to leave with Lady Anne. Dacey was so excited she almost didn't hear Alexander's call to be careful as she flew up the steps back to her room to get ready.

Lord Alexander Irwyn and his company return to Horn Hill their horses are exhausted and immediately put to stable for a wash, and fresh food.
Alexander immediately sets to writting a message to Lord Tarly. As he's writting a messenger approaches the Keep from one of the Holdfasts on the Rose Road.
"Lord Irwyn?" the messager said,
"Yes what is it?" Alexander says turning to man.
"We detained Lord Tallahar Tyrell today with twenty men riding on the Rose Road. We didn't think he was telling the truth but Ser Tomas says it was him."
"Hmmm," Alexander said pulling on his 8 day stubble, "what'd ya do with him?"
"Oh we got the men detained in the local inn, thought there might be trouble but then they went peacefully. He said Lord Tarly wanted to talk with him but Lord Tarly didn't give any word that he was coming."
"I see well thats fine, I am writting a letter to him now I will ask him what he wants done. Thank you, is there anything else."
"No milord."
"Very well then," Alex dismissed the messenger and the scrawled a few more things down on the note to Lord Tarly and then gave it to the Maester for delivery.
