Peyton chuckled heartily as they reached the keep. Servants came forward, with bread and salt, and large jugs of wine, fulfilling the requirements of guest rite, and quenching thirsts.
Eventually the two lords of the sea make their way to Peyton's solar.
"I'm glad you came, I take it the reavers hunger for another visit to Sunspear? There was a maiden left unravaged huh? Well we can't allow that." He chews thoughtfully on a piece of bread.

Felryns laughs, "Sunspear I have seen and conquered, should it be required I would find no sadness in returning and deposing another princess, but Dorne is large, and there are so many other great keeps to take."

"That is very true. What will be key for an invasion of Dorne is access to water. If we can assault and take a keep as a base of operations, we can keep our men supplied. If troops march down the passes and have to siege every castle individually, they will die of dehydration before they take the walls."

Felryn nodded, "Starfall would seem to be the first step then."

"That would open the river to your ships, and help secure an entrance into Dorne, its true. I imagine this latest Grand Council will contain alot of nonsense about a peaceful response, but let us begin preparations for its inevitable failure. You should send a representative to speak with Lord Irwyn for... the land aspects of the campaign."

Felryn's black eyes contained a slight element of suspiscion as they looked at Lord Redwyne"I have already begun preparations for it's failure, my ships are here and poised to attack at a moment's notice. For myself I must be travelling to King's Landing to get a better measure of the regent, there was not much time before the coup."
"But I am confused, are you not in contact with your Regent Irwyn yourself?"

"But of course I am. But I do not want to bore you with inevitable delays as I check with my Lord Regent before agreeing to some plan or another. Clearly you would be unhappy if one of your captains made a large decision without your input?"

"Clearly."
"Very well, I will send Godswind to Irwyn, though there will be little point until after the meeting at King's Landing."

"Agreed. I also believe it may be time to move my captive westerman to King's Landing, where he can give his statement to the largest number of people."

Felryn nods, "yes, let us bring Farman to King's Landing," he said with a wolf's grin. "We should make sail for the city as soon as possible. I will leave Lord Frenken Kinslayer in charge of the Ironborn strength here in my absence."

"As milord wishes, although if you'd like to assist us in the blockade, the tighter the net, the more fish we can catch." Peyton smiles.

Felryn nods, "I have an appettite for fish, as it appears. Kinslayer will lead the Ironborn ships in aiding the blockade."

"I thank you. With any luck the Dornish bastards will be reduced to eating sand by the time we come for them." Peyton says with a chuckle.
"Let's meet up when we get to King's Landing, and I'll introduce you to regent Irwyn."

Felryn stands chuckling, "and they say Reachmen have no fierceness to them."
"I will see you and your regent in the king's city, Redwyne. Come to Pyke Hall and we will show you and yours how to Finger Dance." Felryn barked out a laugh at that idea.

"I'm afraid I would have to decline. If I lost these magic fingers, the wenches would never forgive me." Peyton smiled.
"I suppose it is time to make preparations for departure. Lord Harlaw I will see you in King's Landing."
