Great rooms with beds, servants and animals running everywhere- is where the Hand makes his personal residence. He receives visitors by request, but if the individual is in his employ then he need not request a meeting.

"Of course, good-brother. And as your good-brother I would love to raise a toast with you today. And while we should enjoy our victory and the celebration here in King's Landing, as the Captain of your Guard it is my duty to say it is time we saw to your affairs in the Stormlands. While you have the support of most Stormlords, it is important that the memory of the Baratheon rule be put aside and the Dondarrion Lightning Bolt be raised."
"Rumors exist already of the Dornish spears looking north to the void. Do you have defenders in Blackhaven? And Storm's End needs a firm hand as well."
"What are your thoughts?"

"This is true..." He thought for a moment staring off at nothing and stroking his beard. He returned his gaze to Rhodri, "It would be a pity to fight against the Dornish, and by no means would I like to fight them on their own soil. Blackhaven is underprotected but at the moment there are more pressing concerns. Until I can decide on other matters, effective now I'm making you Castellan of Storm's End."

"Thank you, Good-brother. I shall depart at once to see to the affairs in the Stormlands. Can I take some of men who rode with me in the Reach? They are all Stormlanders, and I'm sure long to see their home."

"Good-brother Michael, this testiness from the Dornish may be soothed by a diplomat's pen. They may see the Stormlands as a ripe fruit for the picking, assuming it was Stag country and now defeated. They may not understand that the Stormlands belong now to you, and that you remain as King's Hand. Make it publically known that you are Lord Paramount of the Stormlands, and any attack on the Stormlands is an assault upon the King's Peace. Blackhaven is the seat of the King's Hand, and it would be humiliation to have Dorne claim it as their own."
"If you can wield the quill, I shall wield the spear and shield as the Stormlands defender."

"I will do what I can, but I am no lord, and they may not treat with me as an equal. But I will see what I can do. To start, I shall send a raven to each of the Lords and Princes to that effect, in your name."

"Such is politics...", the Hand sighed, "I have no better man." The Hand spun around looking for a specific scroll, and after unravelling it and signing a few places and sealing wax to it, he handed it to Rhodri.
"All hail the new Lord of Mistwood."
