"There are three things we must talk about,
One I have talked with the other four members of our smallest council. And they will consider you as an applicant. There are several tasks you can preform that will prove your worth. For example if you can ever tell me the five members of our smallest council I will admit you immediately.
Two, your daughter has the Dragon Blood in her. She will be able to control the dragons. I think you should consider sending her away to safety. Maybe with a cousin in Braavos.
Third, you are needed in the Vale immediately with a musician and a child. You should go talk to your son, the weirwood that was planted here. Go quickly. We will talk more if you return."
Nehmen looks concerned.
ooc-I changed the time to be more recent.

"Braavos hardly seems safe now -- we are at war with them and they would seek to hold her against me. There must be a safer place here in Westeros she can be hidden."
"A musician and child? Any musician, any child, or some in particular? But I shall visit the weirwood to see what I learn."

Rhodri returns from the Godswood and looks to see if Nehmen is awaiting him.

He stares out a window in silent contemplation.

"I think I understand, Maester. I will depart for the Vale. Does Horas know? If not, he may be hard to convince to leave King's Landing. Would you be able to convince him otherwise?"
"As for my daughter, I shall find a place to hide her."

"My suggestion for Braavos was not an idle one. You should think on it, but in the end as long as she is hidden she should be safe."
Nodding to himself, "Let us speak to Horas now, and when you return we should have a longer conversation. The night will be dark, but hopefully twilight can last awhile longer."

"I shall send for him then. When he comes, join me in my solar; it is where I greet the public."
"Why Braavos, if it is not idle?"

"Our enemies are here, they have operated across the Narrow Sea, but they live and breath here. For now she is safe, but her blood burns. The enemy can feel the heat, like they would feel the heat of a dragon, or its eggs. Right now they are weak and far away, but if she stays here, and they become strong. The may extinguish her fire." Nehmen studies Rhodri to see if he understands.

"Would she not be safe even in a place so defensible as the Vale, at the Eyrie? Who could threaten her atop a guarded mountain? My house owns a keep like no other, and we can control whomever enters."

For several moments licks his lips, "Rhodri, do you think that you could prevent me from entering the Eyrie alone, and unarmed. Cause I assure you, I could gain entrance into your keep if I choose. All it is needed is on man with a sharp knife, or strong hammer, and all is lost." Nehmen leans forward, "Plus she is your daughter that is the first place they would look."

OOC: Short of using magic, which is a giant wildcard, I do actually think that no one could enter the Eyrie without permission. If you read the book description, it is insanely difficult to get to, atop a narrow, bare mountain, with waycastles along the only trail to the top, and cliffs for mountain faces. Trying to climb it during the day you'd be spotted long before getting anywhere, and at night you'd fall to your death. But your last point is a good one.

ooc:With out giving anything away about Nehmen, he is thinking all he has to do is ask you, and you would probably let him visit alone and unarmed, he is just being mysterious.
As you can see I did not have any NPC steal your eggs, so I am respecting the bounds of the Eyrie. But some one must have climbed up their before the built the keep because otherwise they never would have gotten there in the first place.
