Harry Peters- The dwarf (prefers the term little person), owner of a shipwright, cartwright,wheelwright and seamstress' shop in Oldtown. Argues often with his wife, who has never been seen but often heard.
Scav- A free-rider from Tin-Ear, a one-whore town near Felwood. Uses a military pick.
