Fryse- A peculiar albino with a very hoarse voice. No one knows where he met Mortimer, but he seems to revere him. Is second-in-command of the Black Bastards. Uses an axe. Accidentally killed in a fist fight with Mortimer.

Tunak Xissa- Fourth-in-command of the Black Bastards. Uses a broadsword.Born in the Free Cities. Killed in the Battle of Wild Eye.

Gasher- A malicious killer, the Discipline Master of the Black Bastards. Killed in the Battle of Wild Eye.

Geral -Former guard for Lord Horas Blackwood. Currently a member of the dissembled Black Bastards. Suffered a serious arm injury during the Battle of Wild Eye and can no longer shoot a bow. Aged 28.

Marq -Former guard for Lord Horas Blackwood. Currently a member of the dissembled Black Bastards. Uses a bow. Aged 27.

Ser Humfrey Drox- A giant knight who is skilled with the lance. As stupid as the day is long. Always internally quoting his father's wisdom. Nicknamed "Drox the Ox" and "Ser Idiot". Aged 21.

Amias- A Dornish merchant. It is said that his merchandise is the various poisons and toxic substances he procures. Aged 20.

"Ghostboy" Garret - The new leader of the Black Bastards, appointed by Mortimer. He is an expert brawler. Got his nickname from his fighting style, lots of feints and false attacks. Aged 30.

Renald Flowers- The Commander of the Grand Defenders. Unknown age.

Lucky Jae- An old man with no thumbs. Fights with a rope and good at ambushing. Irritable. Speaks with a country brogue. Rumored to be the lost "Jaeharys Royce" who disappeared as a boy.

Florian- A young man who appears to be of Reach origin and has appeared to help Clayton Braska with the general duties at Greycopse.

Rogyr Redding- Captain of a group of Reach soldiers that have decided to stay at Greycopse and help it's additions.
