Jenny Tully-Youngest sister of Eddard Tully. She is betrothed to Horas Blackwood to cement the relations between those families.

Peiter Tully -Youngest Tully and is going to be squired to a Blackwood.

Just to expand the Tully family tree a bit, Jon Royce's mother (Lord Robert Royce's wife) was a Lady Tully (aunt to the Black Turtle?), and a knight in his service (and former squire) is Marten Tully -- I presume he is a cousin or nephew of the Black Turtle.
