Lord Bottley steps forward as one of Mortimer's champions, "I have lived my whole life on these isles and I support Pyke. We all know Balor turned out to be an evil bastard, with 'Pyke' here, we know it upfront!"

Seth laughed. "Yet I haven't heard of you. No surprise really. You aren't worth noting. Just a blathering fool who is too addled to realize the best choice for a leader."
Mortimer raised a finger to Sparr. "I have created quite a name for myself, and you have done nothing of note. Obviously, even while on the greenland I have done more than you could conceive of."
To Harral he turned to then, sneering. "I have more Iron in the head of my cock than you have in your entire body."

"The Stagking would never come for us. Without us, he could never hope to defeat Braavos."

At Saltcliffe's words, Erik pulls an axe from his belt, spinning it in his hand and tossing it in the air. "I stand for him, Saltcliffe! I stand for Balor's true son, not for his fool of a brother! I stand for Mortimer Greyjoy, King of Salt and Rock!"

Wynch's banner of the ethereal ass is raised, high and a deep voice bellows, "I stand for the bastard boy! Hail Lord Mortimer Greyjoy"

Sparr spat distastefully. "We will have no king. We will have no greenlander. We will have no outlaw, no singer, no poet."

"I am a better sword than half of you, and a better brawler than most. I would fight as a man would, with my fists and agility. I was blessed with the ability to sing. Is that such a curse? What better way to raise the morale of my men during battle than to sing shanties whilst I kill?"

"Let them fight each other for the Seastone Chair!", a man in Wynch's crew shouted as he raised a sharpened sword high.

Mortimer kicked over a chest. Hundreds of objects spilled from it. Most of it gold. And it was a large chest.
"This was my first act of vengeance for the death of my father. We came too close to a Braavosi ship during our trip here. They made light of the loss of my father. So I made light of the value of their lives."
Dozens of badges and trinkets could be seen mixed with the gold.

OOC: Lords of the Iron Islands hold the title King of Salt and Rock whether they're really kings or not, at least according to my copy of AGoT.

"And what gifts do you bring in your chests? The Seastone Chair cannot be won with words alone," Saltcliffe shouts.
