The Sea Lord of Braavos Sergyo Delinal sat in a room at the end of a long table. Stationed along the inner walls of the room are eight of his best men, there swords shining on their belts.
He awaits the delegation from Westeros with a bored indifference. His bald head gleams in the hot light, his slight frame wrapped in luxurious silk.

The Braavosi welcome was cordial--their party was afforded food, drink, rest, and bath before the delegations began--Tristeza entered the room first, followed closely by her own two bodyguards--the rest of the pertinent party followed.

The Sea Lord stood and walked around the table. Igrnoing all the Westerosi he embraced Falatir Razoon tightly. Moving away from the rest of the delegation, Razoon and Delinal whispered into each other's softly.
The Sea Lord laughed and gestured for Falatir to sit to his right, then Delinal took his seat at the head of the table.

Tristeza seated herself directly opposite the Sealord--her expression was neutral, though her eyes were firmly set--she had a look of business about her, though she remained silent as the rest of the company filled in the remaining seats.

Sergyo looked at the woman directly infront of him, ""That seat is for the head negotiator."

Tristeza replied unphased, for she has expected some such comment given the nature of Braavosi custom and tradition. "Then it is correctly occupied, Sealord, and it appears we are proceeding exactly on task and on schedule."

"You are Late. You should have been here a day or two ago." The Sea Lord snarled, "What does your master want?"

"My most profound and humble apologies." she gushed with, perhaps slightly more pity than was strictly realistic--"I have come in hopes of negotiating a Peace with Braavos. It is believed in Westeros that the constant conflict between our Kingdoms is in the best interests of nobody--I hope you agree."

"The conflict has brought not harm to Braavos," smiled the Sea Lord, "But I do want to end the hostilities between our lands."

"I am happy to hear that, Sealord--It is a tremendous relief that your sentiments are in accord with our own." She replied graciously, though she had the sense of an impending condition.

"I need three things to make peace. One, that Prince Andry be given a chance to wear the black. Two that a permanant Braavos embassy immune to local laws be established in KIng's Landing so men loyal to Braavos be able to monitor the Crown. And Third..." He pause letting a wicked smile cross his face, "Lord Francis Varner... I want him."

Tristeza wondered angrily whether or not the Sealord was aware that she and Lord Varner were close personal friends--that their friendship was an old one, tried by time and conflict. "I believe it is safe for me to promise to you the first and second of your requests--the third, however, seems highly inappropriate--please do excuse my judgement. Lord Varner is a high ranking official in the Westerosi government, and he has proven to be invaluable throughout his tenure."

"Lord Varner has commited a crime on Braavosi soil and must be punished." The Sea Lord leaned back in his seat, a determined look on his face.
