Ser Steffen Lannister is to take a host of 5,000 men, an assortment of archers, pikemen, and armored horse towards Riverrun. They are to hold around Riverun until further orders are given, capturing anyone who leaves in order to discover information about the inside of the castle. They will bring down any ravens entering or exiting the castle.
