Sorry everyone, I've been kind of busy these past few days. It seems as though a lot has happened, can someone fill me in? Why did Becca Arryn flee? You have a visitor on the Gold Road too

Yah I just saw that, but you may not need to use him. Balor may be able to come himself.

Hey, can anyone hit all the major points of the Treaty of Sunspear for me? As far as I can tell, it granted Dorne independence and "Free Trade"... what did King Aemon get in return? Why would he sign that agreement?

Randal has arrived in King's Landing -- Callen was ahead of him on the road, and Rhodri left two days earlier. I'm putting both of their groups back in KL (including Jon Royce).

The only point you missed was Princess Rhana marrying Aegon, which happened and is now rather moot. As for what Aemon got...Aemon got served. ^_^
Why he signed it...Crake isn't here to answer that question, my theory is that Aemon and Westeros were so badly war exhausted and because Ser Buckler has the diplomatic skill of your average puppy, so Buckler accepted something that Emelia had intended as a first offer and Aemon signed it because he was...well, a weak king.

Buckler? He didn't do the negotiating. Ser Brandon Buckler was in charge of my army at Blackhaven, but he didn't get involved in anything that went back and forth between Aemon and Emelia. He's my NPC, I'd remember negotiating. The only part he played was in -not- using the Vale army to help invade Dorne, and that was only because Breyn, who was the Lord Royce at the time, didn't give me the authority to use those troops for anything other than defense.
You might be thinking of Lord Buckler, his father, who was around some but I don't think he did the negotiating either -- I though it was Black Ben Tollett.
Anyway, the reason Aemon backed down was because his son had just died, he was in grief and therefore a weak king who feared causing young men to die.

Ah, alright. Apologies for the mixup. Buckler and Black Ben sound so much alike. ^_^
'nyway, Black Ben is the one who bowed to Emelia's first offer and set the pattern for years of the tail wagging the dog.

I just don't want anyone to think Ser Brandon is a pushover...

Yeah, that dubious honor goes elsewhere.

Yeah.... Baldwin raged against that treay.
I personally think Crake accepted it because his back was against the wall of the TJ.

Were Glover and Terrence friends? If they were, I think it would be the type of thing Aeire would know?

Nope, Glover is a Northmen, and as for as you know never met your dad.
