Tytos nods. "I can arrange a group of scouts to send out. I suppose I will make several groups, and send them out to fan the Riverlands. I will get to it right away."

"A wise suggestion," he says knowing that was his plan as well. "When they find the northmen have them send word back here with their location and movement, but try and avoid detection or conflict."

Tytos nodded. "Yes, of course. I will pick my finest men to lead the squads." Tytos studies a map of the Riverlands on the table. "I will send one group along the eastern mountains and coast, two groups up past the twins, and one group along the western coast past Seagard. That should be sufficient to find the Northern army."

"Yes and don't forget to have your men speak with the small folk, a large army is not something they would miss."

Tytos nodded once again. "Yes. They will speak wih the small folk in towns and villages. They will talk with the people in the castles, Seagard and the Twins. We will find this army no matter what."

Alexander nods. "I hope that this Roose Stark can be convinced to send his army home and come with us to King Landing. Like most generals I like a large army but hate to use it. Although, if this violence continues in the Riverlands we may have no choice."

Tytos nodded in agreement. "Yes, me too. I'd hate to have to meet the Northerners in battle." Changing the subject, Tytos smiled and his face lightened.
"A rider came to me with a message this morning. I've been accepted into the Kingsguard! I'll have the ceremony once I get back."

"Congratulations!" Alexander exclaims. "The Riverlands have lost a great general but the King has gained a fine soldier. We will have to make this campaign a short one so we can get to the ceremony before the winter sets it."

Tytos smiled enthusiastically. "Yes, but where finer can a great general serve then under the King? Perhaps in times of peril I will be trusted with His Majesty's army."

Alexander nodded, "And it seems lately that perilous times are as common as ticks on a dog."

Tytos chuckled. "Yes, you are very right. I hope that this particular dog is running low on ticks."

//////////// Nearly a week or two later, a rider approaches Tytos.
"Ser, our scouts have discovered the Northern Army camp."
Tytos jumps up and looks up at the man. "Were there any skirmishes?"
The man shakes his head. "They didn't do anything but look at us."
Tytos smiles. "That means they're friendly. That is a good sign!" Tytos runs to find Alexander and tell him the good news.

After not being able to find Alexander, Tytos leaves a message for him.
I have ridden off to the Northern Army Encampment to talk. I will be back on the morrow. Tytos

Tytos learns Alexander is under the weather, and so leaves a message for him before departing.
I have spoken with Roose Stark, and he is taking his army back north. However, beware the fact Marten Lannister is trying to ally with Roose' cause. I wouldn't trust Marten for anything, no doubt he has a sinister plot to twist Roose to his will. I am leaving for King's Landing to take my vows as a White Knight.
