Lucas is ushered into the room.
"Harlaw," Warren Blackwood says as he enters, "Tell me what your brother is planning to do about the Dornish."

Ser Lucas nods and gets straight to business. "Currently my brother is raiding along the Dornish coast, in an attempt to draw out their navy, my lord. In my last communication with him though, they had still not engaged any Dornish ships."
"As Dornish forces have continued on to the Stormlands, he believes now is the right time to strike at Sunspear, before they gather another army, however he lacks the men for such an assault."

Warren frowns at Lucas. "A ragged group of pirates near burned Sunspear to the ground not ten years back. You are telling me the Iron Fleet could not do the same? The Dornish army is not even in Dorne."

"My lord, I'm sure the Iron Fleet could do the same, where it entirely invested, however my brother remembers all too well the mistake of our father when he took the Shield Island with the full strength of the Iron Islands, and Reach forces were able to take Pyke in their absence."
"But, I shall pass along word of your suggestion to my brother, I'm sure your attack on his pride will be all the encouragment he needs to bring the sword to Sunspear." Lucas gave a faint smile.
"Is there any additional information that you wish my brother to know about your own plans? Or will it be a straight forward attack on King's Landing?"

Warren shrugs. "We are still waiting for the Vale and Crownland forces, not to mention the Regent and the Hand. So there is no plan to tell your brother. But it looks like we'll taking the city the bloody way."

Lucas nods, "very well, thank you, my lord. Is there anything further you wish to speak with me on?"

The army of the Vale begins to arrive at Harrenhal. Ahead of them rides a party of the commanders and lords of the army to parley with the forces already gathered here. First among them is Lord Dominic Grafton the Sharp, and with him are the Battle Brothers, Lord Rey Pryor and Ser Richard Egan, as well as Lord Jon Royce. Riding closely behind is the young Knight of the Gate, Ser Roland Royce, flanked on either side by Lord Tommen Redfort and Lord Jon Templeton, Knight of the Ninestars. Completing the party are Lord Marwyn Lynderly, Lord Kevan Belmore, and Ser Elgin Coldwater the Icefloe. Thirty-five guards, lesser knights, and squires ride with them.
The company enters Harrenhal seeking Lord Warren Blackwood.

To meet with such a large company, Lord Warren Blackwood rides out into Harrenhal's massive yard. His own top captains ride with him. "Grafton!" Blackwood shouts out, addressing their commander, "Welcome to Harrenhal!"

Shortly after the Vale High Command arrives, a second party makes their way to Harrenhal with equal fanfare. The King himself, Rickon Baratheon, has descended from the Eyrie to travel with his army. Three of the Kingsguard stay nearby at all times like a trio of white shadows. King Regent Piers Bettley and Lord Hand Horas Blackwood also arrive with the King.
EDIT: Changed this. Horas is still in the Vale in order to stop being in two places at once. Up to Smith if Piers & co. have arrived yet.

Lord Grafton waved to Lord Blackwood, and rode to him. "Lord Blackwood. The forces of the Vale are in the process of arriving now. The strength of the Vale is here, and we number somewhere in the region of 22,000 men."
