Oh, in addition to the bookmark tab on the top of threads, there is also place to manage book marks at the top of profile preferences--you can get things shunted to a personal bookmark folder, get pmed or be e-mailed.

And yes, the Boltons are kickass! They have a similar male/female balance to the Royces, which makes for lively conversation. An excellent start.

Something I was mulling over: The Stormlands. Who is in control of these? I think Rhodri is of the opinion he is, in his capacity as 'regent' for the Dondarrions who are nominally still Lords Paramount of this area. Personally I feel that, along with his rule of the Vale, that this is too much power for 1 PC to have. I'd prefer to have another PC in charge or at least influence this region a bit more which has, in my mind, been neglected since Rhodri got the Vale.
I'm not sure of the best way to do this however. The only option I can see is to open up the Baratheon House (minus the immediate royal family) to new PCs.
Thoughts?

Good point, O. Maybe have an NPC do well in the upcoming battle for Tyrell lands and get rewarded with part of the Stormlands and have their house open up for habitation?
What's the count of active players these days? {semi active in brackets}
Royce: Rhod, Aranya, Roland {Sara, Lilith} Bolton: Lynas, Morax, Dominic, Juliette, Eleana (?) Tyrell: Tallahar, {Ryndwynd}, Seth (?) Greyjoy: Harlaw, Blackwood: Horas, Aerie Dorne: Emelia, {?} Lannister: Randall, Cedric Crake: Kit Kidwell (I think maybe we should make him have a family to calm him down)
The most stable houses are definitely the ones with the women in 'em. The general backchannel chat that happens in Royce & Bolton boards binds the players together.
What's happening with the Kingsguard? Is Piers still running the Kingdom?
I want Tallahar stopped somehow. Genocide gets on my nerves. He is making Clegane look like a pussycat. I think he should be shipped up north to deal with waves of wights. I was thinking perhaps sending Kidwell against him might be good though some discussion of how that would play out would be good as prep.

And who is gonna be regent for our infant king? Anya? Piers? Andry? a PC?

As for the Regent. I think Rhodri would prefer it was an admin, Emelia would like it to be her and no-one else wants the job And I agree with you about the Houses. Even back in those heady days when Greyjoy had 4 members we rarely talked. Girls rock and boys don't talk much amongst themselves unless it's about football or something

Hmm...wonder what an interesting scenario would be to decide the regency. Anya could get in a royal bitch fight of some sort with Andry and Piers and Emelia. In the sexist world of Westeros, a Father's brother would make sense, mom makes sense if Anya grabs it, Piers makes sense from an organizational point of view.
Heh, I think it would be really amusing to have Anya in for a while to run a really bad Cersei-like realm. We can run the government into the ground and then have a second revolt of some kind. And have the Others harrassing people up north and the seams of the kingdom beginning to bulge after the Rose Revolt.
Definitely need to nuture any women coming in. If there are any individual women in houses, we should definitely suggest newcomers join them. Also, as I've said to Smith, think there should be a "Board for the Ladies" to keep the women in touch with each other--given even solitaires enough backchannelling gossip to stay around for.

Stormlands: Belong to Andrey Baratheon which is why they are so quiet. Rhod only RP's the characters he started when he was in charge of the Stormlands. I am fine getting them a player, but first we need some spare players. I do not know where we are going to get those yet.
The KingsGuard was decimated and Piers still runs the kingdom. He has not started filling it back up for various reasons.
The regent I have always pictured as either Anya or Andrey. I do not think any one else would be supported. And for the record I Anya is cleverer then she appears. Plus even if she became Regent she would probably keep Piers on as Hand. Until there is a player who earns that position.

I agree with the Regent choice and the Kingsguard are an irrelevant at the moment. Lil summed it up very well when she had Anselm wipe Rickon's arse This sounds horrible but I am mulling over returning as a PC. A very, VERY minor PC though - a hedge knight if possible. I'm done with commanding armies and navies and being important What do you think? It'd be very minor either way as I will try and cut down my obsessive usage on this site. Sorry though as I feel as if I've let you in the lurch somewhat. I'm still somewhat undecided about coming back (and I don't want you to think I've gone all Crake-like and thrown a huff ) so I thought I'd air it here first.

I told you when you sent me your resignation you should stay on as a PC. My only regret will be changing all the Passwords. Hey L. stop posting events ideas until we get rid of this guy.

Ha. When I said minor - I meant minor. I won't be saying shit to nobody. Hell, "lance" was the Tyrell password when I was Donal. Never set foot in there till I became The Other. Not my style. I can't metagame if I don't know so I chose not to know. Like Ned, my honour is my downfall

I know... you are a good guy, and oddly enough I think I changed the Tyrell password once, and then forgot what is was and turned it back.
