Alright I guess we should define when and how often a player can raise skills.

Aranya is clearly pushing the limitations, and I have always been flexible on the issue.

I like to let Newbies get one skill for their first scenario.

I have always been Like one scenario is good do advance every level below NW, but then I start taking into account other things like actual experience and RP.

Also I am trying to decide what do about scenario's involving multiple skills for one person and whether or not that should be allowed.

The Bolton one I just posted had multiple skills but as none were raised and it was their first scenario, I feel it was ok to 'advance' them in several.

EDIT: I've had two more "multiple skills increase" scenarios so I want you to see/ok them first
