Greetings, friend. I hope the season finds you well. There is dark news from Braavos and I fear the Braaavosi may blame us. The Sealord has been murdered. Should the wrath of Braavos descend upon us, we share a concern for our port cities, Gulltown and White Harbor, which have much in common.
I already have Lord Sunderland in Sisterton preparing the defenses of the Sisters and enlarging our fleet. I hope we can coordinate our defenses to our mutual benefit.
Know also that should any unfortunate fate befall White Harbor, you may always seek your safety in the Vale. The Houses of Manderly, Arryn and Royce share a legacy and I would be honored to host you and keep you safe.
Finally, the Lord Wayman Royce, the High Steward of the Vale and Keeper of the Gates of the Moon is presently seeking a wife. I was wondering if you knew of any suitable brides to suggest.
