Yeah lets have Dakken use this to eliminate some possible enemies, and just kill some people and frame it on Callen. It would be a good build up to the assassination also.

Ironically he had the world as Crake and didn't want it. And we still don't have an economy system worth of the name. I think he's of the impression this is basically his old TRE game or whatever with a Westerosi hat. It's not. He moves too quickly as well - no patience. Makes me want to send a Faceless Man after him

It does... we just slow him down though. You are right about him having no patience. I thought when he was the Admin.

Well as you can guess, Barret's gone a bit edgy since the announcement. He's been pressurising me on Bolton. I know in the Dreadfort you agreed (well, Lyas nodded) to 'rise up' when he did. Is Bolton holding to this, because if he is, then Fossoway would like to know. Other muted stuff which I've read up on is that: a) Emelia is double-crossing Fossoway (read Emelia's Solar in KL with Aranya) while trying to look as if she's not b) the Ironborn are staying out of the war pretty much, although like typical flat-track bullies, if I feel that Tyrell is near collapse, I'll have them invade and conquer the Shield Islands and argue about returning them to Callen afterwards (if he lives) c) Callen - ironically, it seems he's likely to be killed anyway so Faceless assassins not needed I suppose. Secretly I have Dondarrion (currently in Highgarden cells) as one which is why he's saying nothing. No idea where Lertner & Anselm are really. Oldflower is recovering from his wounds in the White Sword Tower. So anyway, how're you?

oh, and just for reference - the Volanti troops Barret got. He's actually going to drop the Golden Dragons off in Storms End before arching round to the Reach. They're to basically pillage, rape, burn, runaway, distract and tie up other troops. As I've said - they're my "Brave Companions" Tattooed Dogs - famed Volantian infantry brigade, numbering 1,500 men. They are all Volantis natives, former slaves and gladiators from the arenas, bought by Captain Ilian Sparros. Their faces are covered in tattoos to frighten their foes. They tend to fight in square units of about 500 men. 10 wide and 5 deep. They have large shields, are quite heavily armoured on the arms, face and legs and use a short stabbing sword and small javelins to fight with. (yes - basically early roman infantrymen. Not as well drilled or armoured but they don't break easily and tend to follow orders well) The Fireborn - a calvary unit of about 500 horsemen. Mainly Dothraki stock (though not true Dothraki as they have given up steppe life). They are lead by Captain Qartho. Supposedly they owe their origins to one of Dany's bloodriders and brag that they are all descended from his mighty loins. They are lightly armoured but swift and deadly with their horsebows and arakhs. Who know's how being on a ship for 6 weeks will affect them though Golden Dragons - a mixmash of a mercenary company with people from all over the Free Cities and beyond. They number 1,000 and are led by Captain Ugo, a fat disreputable pirate from Qohor. They are dressed in a mad assembly of different styles from braavosi water dancers, to Norvosi bearded priests to flashy Lyseni brigands with crossbows. They do not appear to have much discipline but they are the most feared locally of any of the 3 groups. Mainly due to their temprament. (basically my version of the Brave Companions. Totally untrustworthy but mean bastards with a knack for making the other guy die first)

Doria is to be sent to assassinate Lord Randal Lannister. (That shouldn't take very long at all, if not immediate). As a reminder, she is a Grand Master.
If I still have contacts in King's Landing I want to start some inner conflicts in the city. Perhaps pay gangs to fight, or in some way just create general chaos. I trust your opinion on how best to do this.
Also, the Reach fleet is to be split in equal parts. I believe I have around 100 ships left? 80 of which are in Westeros, and so I'd like to split them 40/40 between the Arbor and the Oldtown port. 20 ships from the Arbor are to sail towards Greenstone (while keeping away from enemy patrol ships).
My Volantian shipment of 3 mercenary companies should be landing on Greenstone soon. If you need more information then check out the Volantis thread (Purple Manse/ password= crake)

I think one of the problems that Barrett has is that he's lonely...he doesn't seem to have any permanent alliances because he keeps pissing off people and changing characters, and thus doesn't have a support network to shield him against the inevitable snarky comments. Could we set up a House Kidwell board where admins can talk him out of half his schemes? The other half are actually quite amusing and good for the board I think.

Well maybe not Kidwell...that alt disappeared pretty quickly, he's back as Crake for the time being. Still think he needs a space of his own (he's got enough personalities to keep himself busy )
