I'm having a hard time keeping track of what background's people have with the Character Creation thread being so cluttered so I created this thread so I can list the original post's of each character. I'll try to post the most current skills for those characters too, as well as their originals.
It's a big job so I'll add to this as I go.

1) Character Name: Ser Rhodri Royce
2) Character Age: 17/26 (in AC 514)
3) Character Nationality: The Vale
4) Character Byname: The Redspear, Ruddy Rhodri (when he’s in his cups)
5) Character Skills: Expert – Spear fighting Expert – Horse-riding Apprentice – Scouting Apprentice – Jousting Novice – Charm Novice – Ambushing Beginner – Skirmishing Beginner – Bow fighting
6) Character's Second: Selwyn Stone, also 17, his acknowledged half-brother and squire
7) Character Personal History: Ser Rhodri is the second son of Lord Royce. Proud of his First Man heritage, he often looks to the Old Gods despite swearing his knightly vows to the Seven – particularly when out in the wild. Fond of horses, he rides at every opportunity and leads his father’s outriders as much as possible. During times of peace, he enjoys tourneys and other such contests of valour.
While he is generally funny and well-liked, he can also be proud and boastful, especially when drunk – he has a fondness for drink, and likes to sing and brag.
8) Character Physical Description: The Redspear is so named for both his preferred weapon and his own stature, tall and ginger haired, lean but strong. His fair skin turns red when he is in his cups, and thus he is called Ruddy Rhodri. His armor is made of bronze plates, and his crest features flowing braided horsehair dyed gold, red, and black.
9) Character Reputation: Ser Rhodri is well regarded for his horsemanship and camaraderie, particularly with the men sworn to his father. He spends much of his time riding against the Clans in the Mountains of the Moon, but has also been known to ally his men with one tribe to fight another. Thus he often rides with clansmen he has befriended, and knows their culture well. He has done well in tourneys in the Vale, but the isolation of his home means he is less well known around the Seven Kingdoms at large – though not unheard of.

7) Character Personal History: Yohn is a strange and temperamental boy -- quiet for long periods but prone to outbursts, with a tendency to say the oddest things to folks, some he's only just met. He grew up at Storm's End largely without a father since Rhodri was often at war. Recently ran away to the Isle of Faces where he learned how to hone his arts at the feet of the Greenmen. 8) Character Physical Description: Yohn is tall for his age but thin. He is quite pale and his hair is touched with the silver-platinum color for which his maternal grandfather's family was famous. His startling eyes are bronze in color.
*Not relevant until he hits physical maturity, but he is gaining the skills in his youth via training

Name: Ser Roland Royce
Age: 18
Nationality: The Vale
Character Byname: None yet
Character Skills: Expert - Swordsmanship Noteworthy - Horsemanship Noteworthy - Warfare Apprentice - Archery Apprentice - Spears Novice - Scouting Novice - Shield Use Beginner - Stewardship Beginner - Ambushing
Character's Second: Robert Pyle, Squire, Aged 28 Skills: Noteworthy - Swordsmanship Noteworthy - Armor Maintenance Apprentice - Horse Riding Apprentice - Scouting Novice - Horse Husbandry Novice - Ambush Beginner - Archery Beginner - Shields
Character Personal History:
Roland was born to the youngest of Edric Royce's sons, Ser Odhar Royce. Ser Odhar was situated in a small holdfast in the northwestern corner of The Vale. Being a fourth son, Odhar wasn't necessarily expected to marry, but he ended up falling in love with a girl barely noble from a small house in the Reach, Malla Bushy, at a tournament. He married her soon after. Malla Bushy found that she had married into a bit of a hardscrabble life. The holdfast, Tedmyn's Down, was not a rich place, and the territory surrounding was beset by the continual raids by the Clans of the Mountains of Moon. Roland was their first born child, and was raised as much by Ser Odhar's tough retainers as by Ser Odhar himself. Despite the violence around him, Roland's upbringing was quite favorable. Ser Odhar was a stout fighter and steadfast leader of men, as well as a decent moral compass with a reasonably kind streak running in him. Roland himself was a hardworking quiet young man. He took to the lessons of his father and those of the master at arms to heart and by 15 was riding out into the Mountains of the Moon with the outriders of Tedmyn's Down. He has become an experienced and very skilled young warrior. His father has decided it is time for him to see a bit of the wider world and has sent him forth from Tedmyn's Down, a prospect that rather intimidates young Roland.
Character Physical Description: Of slightly above averge height, Roland is broad of shoulders and in excellent physical shape. He has brown hair that he wears at medium length.
Character Reputation: Virtually unknown outside of his home.

1) Cedric Lannister
2) Aged 14 (Born 500 A.C.)
3) Westerlands
4) The Whirlwind for his manner of fighting.
5) Expert : Flails (whips, morning stars, etc.) Noteworthy: Intrigue and Persuasion Apprentice: Horseriding and War tactics Novice: Poisons and Seduction Beginner: Stealth and Oration
6) Clive Lannister (Twin brothers)
Noteworthy: Maces and Battle Apprentice: Horseriding and Brawling Novice: Jousting and Charisma Beginner: War tactics and Scouting
7) Cedric and his brother are polar opposites. Born as the last sons of Lord Baldwin Lannister, the two chose two very different pursuits. Cedric chose the life of a noble-born son, scholarly and intelligent, while Clive chose the life of war and blade. Being only fourteen years old, the two have yet to blossom into their true selves, dabbling in what they believe to be their true callings. Cedric is currently at home in the West, while Clive is one of his cousin Randal's squires.
8) Cedric is of medium height for an adolescent, around 5'4'' and thin. He has a great tuft of curlyish, blazing, red-orange hair that domes about his head. He also has brown eyes. Clive is the same height as his twin, but stockier, owing to his years practicing with the mace and his constant brawling with youths. He keeps his hair cropped short, and it is the same hue as his twins. Were it not for their difference in build and hairstyles, the two would be identical.
9) Character Reputation: Cedric is becoming notorious as a schemer, even at a young age, while Clive is considered a mindless brute, feeling that only true glory can be attained in combat.

1.)Name: Elias Sand
2.)Age: 20
3.)Nationality: Dorne/Sunspear. Elias is the son of Paidain Martell and a mysterious noblewoman.
4.)Byname: Heartseeker
5.)Skills: Expert- Persuasion Noteworthy- Intrigue, Charm Apprentice- Spearfighting, Stealth Novice- Horse riding, Infiltration Beginner- Gambling, Ambushing
6.)Second: Horus Dayne, 22. Horus is the childhood friend and co-conspirator.
Skills: Noteworthy- Gambling, Infiltration Apprentice- Swordfighting, Stealth Novice- Infiltration, Ambushing Beginner- Horse riding, Archery
7.)Personal History: Mischievous and a very quick study, Elias was constantly in trouble as a child. His first concern, according to his sister, was whatever trouble he could stir up next. To counter this, he was immersed in books and the study of many things. His dormant tendencies would reemerge when Elias discovered girls. There was nothing that he wouldn't say or do to convince a pretty girl to "enjoy a life lived to the fullest". After several run-ins that caused no small amount of embarrasment to the Martell family, Elias was ordered by his sister to journey to Oldtowne and take up the pursuit of maesterhood. This was, of course, doomed because all it really accomplished was to give Elias a new playground for his outlandish schemes and new women for him to chase after. A year later, Elias returns home in shame (according to his sister) after being apprehended in a gambling racket that he and his friend Horus had masterminded.
8.)Physical Description: Elias is roughly 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 185 lbs. He is slim, but athletic and has dark hair, olive skin and piercing blue eyes. Seldom is there not a smile on face. This is especially true if there are women present.
9.)Reputation: Because of his chosen "activities", Elias is regarded with suspicion by those who know him only by reputation. This usually changes once he is well and truly met because of his easy smile and charming demeanor. While he is most likely never fully trusted, his disarming attitude has ingratiated himself to many people.

7) Character Personal History: Cousin of Barrett Tyrell, daughter of Lothar Tyrell, and his wife Myria Hightower, Alysanne spent much of her her early life in the Reach with her younger siblings, 14 year old Dacey and 13 year old Garin. She spent most of her time riding with friends and family or roaming the town, always having hated being cooped up indoors. She refused various betrothals her father suggested when she was younger, preferring her men more unattached. Shiera and her would often blag their way into the heart of the docks and trading areas of Oldtown or into the Citadel to prise gossip out of the locals and flirt with the men. She enjoyed hunting with friends and revelled in the chase, often surrendering the actual kill to her comrades after cornering the animal, preferring to follow another, a trait reminiscent of most other aspects of her life. At first glance she seems a courteous, typical highborn girl and can often act it in company but the sweet demeanor hides a wicked humour and lust for life. She and Shiera recently travelled to King's Landing with Alysanne's father in a last-ditch attempt to fing marriages for them.
8) Character Physical Description: Alysanne is a petite, fine-featured girl, standing only 5"3', with long chestnut curls left flowing and large almond shaped, brown eyes.
9) Character Reputation: Among her family she is thought of as the wayward daughter, totally opposite to her sister, the epitome of all they believe a highborn girl should be. However, she is well-known and well-loved as a sweet, loving and generous girl amongst the people of Oldtown, especially the men, and intends to make her name among the inhabitants of King's Landing.
(Hope this is OK. I've got to go now but I'll fiddle with it tomorrow if it's wrong!)

1) Seth Greyjoy
2) Sixteen
3) Iron Islands
4) Sometimes jokingly called the "Little Kraken" by Ser Giles and the other Knights. Has been called "Wondershot" several times during tourneys.
5) Expert: Archery Noteworthy: Horse Riding and Swordsmanship Apprentice: Leadership and Fighting Novice: Persuasion and Charm Beginner: Oration and Jousting
6) Mortimer Pyke ( A friend known for years, is a very "flamboyant" character)
Noteworthy: Singing and Fist Fighting Apprentice: Oration and Swordsmanship Novice: Harp and Translation Beginner: Scouting and Horse Riding
7) Born to Falgon Greyjoy and his wife Miesa. After his father's death, his uncle Balor, upon taking over, gave the young Seth an ultimatum. He could either renounce his claim to Lordship of the family, and foster himself with a faraway House, or be killed on the spot, as well as his mother. Seth chose to leave Pyke, and his inheritance behind. He was given a generous amount of money and a train and guide to arrive at the home of the Grandisons.
For the next few years, he was raised as a Grandison, coming to support those that they supported and opposing those they opposed. During this time he met his friend Mortimer Pyke, a flamboyant bastard youth who rescued him from a near-fatal attack from a wild horse. They became fast friends, and over the years they made a pact, calling themselves brothers, considering the circumstances behind both of their families.
When Seth turned fourteen, he became the squire of Giles Grandison, a Knight of the Kingsguard. It was shortly after that Mortimer drew an interest in mummery and bardism. So both youths were on thier way in their futures. So Seth began competing in tournaments, raising high marks in Archery and even winning a few archery bouts. As it stands, he is a hopeful for becoming a Knight, and it is in his greatest ambition to join the Kingsguard. He currently supports Callen as King, and admires his mentor, Ser Giles more than any other man.
He currently does not keep in contact with his Uncle Balor. His mother is in declining health. The maesters call it "Salt Plague", a self-defeating disorder of the mind when one who grows up on the sea is deprived of their home. He blames his uncle for her poor health but is as of late, a bit apathetic to her illness. His mind is confused unto his loyalties, especially considering Lady Grandison has been a better mother to him than Miesa Greyjoy ever was. Let us see how his story unfolds.
8) Tall, around 6'1 or 6'2, broad shouldered, with short, wavy, brown hair and sideburns. Muscular yet still quick, his fingers are thick and strong, allowing him an expert control over the flight of his arrow. His appearance often makes others question his age, but he is in fact sixteen, a full year younger than Mortimer, yet he looks older.
9) Since his arrival, he has placed well in tourneys, usually grabbing a top slot in the archery competitions, and doing of medium performance in the brawls and sword fights. His position as Ser Giles' squire has earned him some recognition among the tourney communities as well as in court, and he is a welcome participant to the games. Other than that, he is occasionally whispered about between maidens concerning his refutation of his inheritance and what a shame it is. Most of the other inhabitants of the city do not generally know or care about the youth's past. He is a charming youth, charismatic, yet in private he is quiet and sombre. Quite a mummer in his life, showing the public chivalry and gallantry, while remaining dispirited when alone.

1) Character Name: Aranya Royce
2) Character Age: 25
3) Character Nationality: The Vale
4) Character Byname: The Wildling, the Bastard of the Bloody Gate
5) Character Skills:
Master: Swordsmanship Expert: Archery/Other Combat Noteworthy: Warging/Greensight Noteworthy: Stealth Apprentice: Political Intrigue Apprentice: Deception Beginner: Being a wife and mother. Beginner: Healing
6) Character's Second: Elane Royce is Aranya’s older sister, and the firstborn child of Edwyn Royce, who is the second younger brother of Lord Alyn Royce. Elane is relatively plain and calm, a famed negotiator, healer and schemer. She is now the Second Naemyr in the court of the Sealord of Braavos.
7) Character Personal History (watch out, this is long):
Aranya Stone is a bastard daughter of Edwyn Royce by Lady Alyssa Hunter, conceived while Edwyn was visiting Longbow Hall. Ser Edwyn disappeared east, and never learned of Aranya’s birth. Her grandfather, the Lord Hunter, was enraged and sent Aranya to be fostered at the Bloody Gate as soon as she was weaned off Lady Alyssa’s breast. Thereafter, Aranya saw her mother only rarely, and in clandestine meetings, until her grandfather died when Aranya was fifteen.
At the Bloody Gate, Aranya grew up in a hard, masculine environment. The Knight of the Gate was Ser Raymund Corbray, a fierce and often brutal man, as well as a skilled fighter, which was why he had been awarded the position. He took over from the Gate’s master-at-arms when he saw the potential in the young girl, and personally saw to much of her training. In the Bloody Gate, with no women to school her but a frail septa, Aranya ran wild. Her sister Elane often visited, and despite their differences the girls became close confidantes.
Selwyn Stone, Lord Alyn’s son by a Baelish woman, was exiled from Runestone to the Bloody Gate when he was ten, and lived there alongside Aranya. He was as adventurous as she was, and soon the two began planning wild plots and excursions together, delighting in their mischief. Aranya would often take her pony and ride out into the mountains, laughing mockingly at the men-at-arms who tried to stop her. She would only ever allow Selwyn to keep up on her rangings from the Bloody Gate. And when she was twelve, she went on a ranging into the Mountains and didn’t come back for five months.
Search parties didn’t find her. After five months, Aranya rode back to the Gate, wearing a necklace of human ears. She had used bones to put up her hair, and wore the rough, sparse clothing of a wildling woman. After that, she took to the clans like a fish to water, and soon Selwyn was doing the same. Elane disapproved, but Aranya only laughed, and nicknamed her “Septa Elane."
When Selwyn’s half brother Rhodri was fourteen, his father named him a scout and directed him to war against certain clans, using the Gate as his base. Aranya would take the two brothers, and Rhodri’s sister Sara, out on secret excursions into the wild mountains.
When she was thirteen, she pulled a young Milk Snake into his tent, pushed him down on the floor, and made him take her maidenhead. He did not protest. When they were fourteen, Selwyn pulled her against him and kissed her. After that, they became casual lovers, and warmed their beds with other people when they were away from each other.
Aranya often joined Rhodri's skirmishes against wildling clans. Peacemaking would inevitably turn into a fight, with Aranya eager for blood. Ser Raymund learned to rely on Selwyn to try and 'tame' Aranya when he could.
Aranya accompanied Lord Breyn’s host to Casterly Rock, in the War of the Dragon and Stag when she was seventeen years old. After the Targaryens won the war, Aranya traveled back to King’s Landing, where she bedded down with Selwyn in the Tower of the Hand, until she found Callen dying and impulsively decided to protect him. With the help of the Ribbon Crone, Aranya smuggled Callen out of Westeros.
Over the next few years when they were exiles on the ship of Captain Edmure Seaworth, they traveled all over the world, and became lovers and loyal friends. Aranya absorbed the foreign worlds and cultures eagerly. She learned different martial arts, bedded men of every race, and learned many languages. She fought in wars for gold, as a sellsword does, for fighting foreign battles was exciting. She missed her sister Elane and home, but she hardened herself to her exile.
Then Callen and Aranya landed in Dorne four years after they left King’s Landing, and Aranya learned, to her misery, that her mother Lady Alyssa had died from grief at her disappearance. At Summerhall Aranya was reunited with her great-uncle Hodrick Royce – and a certain Captain Skag Snow, a cold, hard man with icy blue eyes and a curt manner. When she recognized him as Selwyn, a tension built between them, especially after Skag Snow confessed his love for her. She brushed him off, but things began to sour between her and Callen. An unexpected reunion with her kin in the capital – and grief at Breyn’s death - resulted in Selwyn and Aranya going on a mission. During that mission they rekindled their romance, and Callen legitimized them. They later married and had a child, and were given Duskendale as their seat. Around this time, Aranya also realized she had latent warging abilities and began to train.
8) Character Physical Description: Aranya is very tall, with a lithe and graceful figure. Her dark hair is long and usually either unbound or in a high braid. Her eyes are large, dark and fierce, and her smile is often wicked and mocking. While she is not a conventional beauty, many have found her extremely attractive.
9) Character Reputation: Aranya is known to be a fierce and extremely dangerous fighter, a savage and often cruel adversary. She is sometimes malicious and is known to be wild and impulsive – it’s said that Selwyn is the one left to regret her mistakes, because she doesn’t care. She is becoming known to a few as a warg as well, which has made her only more dangerous on the battlefield.
1) Character Name: Elane Royce
2) Character Age: 17 (in 505)
3) Character Nationality: The Vale
4) Character Byname: the Moon Maid
5) Character Skills: Expert – Persuasion Expert – Negotiation Apprentice – Horseback Riding Apprentice – Political Intrigue Novice – Charm Novice – Deception Beginner – Healing Beginner - Ravenry and Hawking
6) Character's Second: Aranya Stone is a bastard daughter of Edwyn Royce by Lady Alyssa Hunter, conceived while Edwyn was visiting Longbow Hall. She was fostered at the Gates for a time and is as wild and lusty as her father. She is as lovely and lively as Elane is calm and plain, but they remain close companions nevertheless.
7) Character Personal History: Elane is the firstborn child of Edwyn Royce, the second younger brother of Lord Alyn Royce. Her mother is Elara Redfort of House Redfort. Elane was raised at Runestone under her uncle Lord Alyn and later Lord Breyn while her father was off wandering the Vale and eventually the Free Cities. Elane learned to fend for herself at an early age, as her father was an unruly, philandering man who resented being the third son and frequently shirked his responsibilities to wife, hearth and home. Her mother fell into depression, and Elane, as ambitious as her father was wild, learned to prove herself useful at her cousin's court. She has been sent to mediate between feuding Vale lords and negotiate family disputes, and has befriended some of the clansmen in the Mountains of the Moon. Elane keeps her own spies in Runestone, the Gates, Redfort, and the other major Vale castles. She is learning ravenry from the Maester of Runestone so that she may later send messages secretly if she so wishes.
8) Character Physical Description: Round, pale and calm-faced, Elane is so unremarkable in appearance that many have written her off as a minor Royce who hangs around court doing nothing. She has straight brown hair to her waist, a face that reminds one of a placid lake, deep-set dark eyes and an easy smile.
9) Character Reputation: Elane isn’t half as sweet as she appears, but she is known to be friendly and approachable, easy to talk to but dangerous to cross. She is unmarried as she is the plain daughter of a third son with no lands of her own, but it is said that her wits are as sharp as her looks are plain.

7) Character Personal History: Odo Blackwood was born as a first-cousin to the Raventree Blackwoods. His mother was a Skagosi, and his father, Eslaf Blackwood, owned a ship called the Searaven, an extremely fast sloop, capable of out-running an Iron Islands longship. Odo grew up on Skagos, his father often running trading or smuggling missions from Ib to the North.
Odo has two siblings, a brother and a sister. His sister wedded the "prince" of Skagos, and Odo became fast friends with his brother-in-law, Leobald Magnar. After a while, the people of Skagos began to mistrust Odo, and eventually he was forced to flee Skagos with his father's ship.
It received a repaint of black and red stripes, and a new sail, with a the blazon of House Blackwood upon its sail. Armed with a crew of Skagosi expert sailors, and Leobald Magnar who left with him, the ship dubbed Seacleaver made for King's Landing, and was kept safe there.
Odo's final sighting was in Maidenpool, where he left alone with Leobald Magnar for Raventree Hall.
8) Character Physical Description: Odo is a slim, almost greasy man. He is quite gaunt, with long fingers, and black curtains of shoulder-length hair. His brown-black eyes peer out through them, and pierce the thoughts of lesser men. More often than not, a longsword rests at his belt, dark red and black leather sheathed.
9) Character Reputation: Odo has little reputation and the only man he remembers at Raventree Hall is Horas Blackwood. Along the east coast of the North, from Eastwatch-By-The-Sea to White Harbour, he is known to the lords as the Blackreaver, a dark man who twists the spirits of the sea to his will. In Skagos he is a traitor, and all Skagosi except for his crew would attack him on sight if they recognized him.

7) Character Personal History: Erik was born in the year 487, son of a pretty whore and Qarl Greyjoy, a second cousin of the late Lord Urrigon Greyjoy. Being his father’s first son, bastard or no, Qarl took a liking to the boy and raised him as the Ironborn he was. It was not long before Qarl married, however, and had a pair of sons with their father’s surname, rather than that of a bastard. Erik was shunted aside, spending more time with the sailors than his family. Not that he was ever one to complain. He learned the ways of the Ironborn, and grew into (in his opinion) a finer reaver than either of his “pampered” half-brothers could hope to claim. He continued to serve on his father’s ship until recently, when he used wealth looted from the Riverlands to build his own, the Lucky Bastard.
8) Character Physical Description: About six feet tall. Brown, shoulder-length hair with a close-cropped beard and blue eyes. His hands have many scars crisscrossing them, which any Ironborn will recognize as souvenirs from the Finger Dance. Handsome, and tends to have a crooked smirk on his face.
9) Character Reputation: Capable, but foolhardy. A gambler. Loves a good fight more than anything. Can be tactful when he needs to be, but unfortunately doesn’t often see it as necessary. Of course, a reputation is exactly what he’s looking to build at this point.

Name: Ser Quentin Hill
Age: 22
Nationality: The Westerlands
Byname: the Highwayman
Skills: Expert, Greatsword; Apprentice, Riding and Tracking; Novice, Stealth and Oration; Beginner, Moneyhandler and Archery
Second: Maester Thenton Osgood: skills include healing and stewardship (apprentice), negotiation and oration (novice), dagger and riding (beginner).
History: Ser Quentin Hill was born a bastard son of Lord Baldwin Lannister, his mother having given birth to the boy as she traveled on the Gold Road and thus forever tying his fate to the highway between Caterly Rock and King's Landing. He was adopted by a cousin of Lord Baldwin after Quentin's mother died. As a man full-grown, he still travels the road, for he is the Highwayman- Protector of the Gold Road, bound by honor to protect the caravans of gold that go to King's Landing, not to mention his own self-interest to always skim a little off the top. For you see, Ser Quentin is not content to protect the wealth of his betters. He has dreams of his own, of a large manor on a hill, and women and riches far away from the Gold Road- that dusty trail whose grit always covers him from head to toe.
Description: Ser Quentin Hill is thin as a rail and tall as a greyoak. He is just reaching his manhood and still carries the ropy muscles of his youth. His sandy blonde hair and sharp nose mark him as the bastard of some Lannister, though no one is quite sure who, and his sharp, dark, hooded eyes betray him as a man of avarice. He normally wears riding clothes of dark blue and silver.
Reputation: Ser Quentin is known for his wit and cunning, but he is mostly friendless. A Lannister maester travels with him as his second, Thenton Osgood, who is fat as an ox and quick as a fox, and both of their reputations preceed them as men greed. Men say Quentin Hill is untrustworthy but there is no proof he has ever stolen from the Gold Road.
