Seth is going to talk to a Botley and try to get his support for the Kingsmoot. He picked Botley because the man is a bad-ass reaver. But other then that one of us has to be him.
I have not decided if the guy will accept I think it will depend on what seth says.

I have not decided if the guy will accept I think it will depend on what seth says. I think Botley may be a good choice. But not because he's a badass reaver, but because I made him one of the most 'mainlander' type ironislanders I could. So he follows the Seven, gets his son's knighted and has more usual 'dromon' type ships than ironborn raiders. I even used some of them in my attack against Redwyne for this purpose. I think really you have to RP him if you don't mind. I don't want to be accused of collusion by other players so soon after Balor's death.

Sure... did you make a kick ass reaver. It would be good for Seth to connect with an evil Reaver to compensate for his weakness of being a knight.

The biggest badass in Pyke is Lord Quellon Drumm. Wields "Red Rain" valyrian sword. Evil MF He's huge as well. I always imagined him to be my Gregor Clegane. Might be tempted to make a play for the Seastone Chair himself considering the "weak" challengers. Depending on Seth's showing in the Melee he may support him, but he's only ever a reluctant follower. Even Balor had trouble leashing him and Drumm liked him. Some other "known" Iron Island notables (you can see Balor's NPCs for a bit more info) are below: Lord Dickon Harlaw of Ten Towers. Cool, calm and was Balor's 'general' and de facto Lord Commander of the Ironborn Fleet in his absence. Probably the most trusted of Balor's men after Halon. Again, is influential enough to possibly stake a claim (maybe as "regent" for Urri?) but will play his cards close to his chest and is pragmatic enough to back down graciously, unlike Drumm. Lord Goodbrother & Sparr - kind of a comedy double act. Didn't RP them that much though I had them down as (very!) secretly being lovers. Gotta have some gay sailors! Not bothered about the succession and their sexuality could be used as blackmail for their support. Lord Garrick Botley - related to Seth Greyjoy and is the one he wrote too (Ruen was just because he didn't realise he already existed). Was unfairly treated under Balor who didn't trust him because he follows the Seven. His sons are annointed knights and his ships are more like westerosi war galleys than ironborn longboats. His ways still mean that some of the more 'hardcore' ironborn don't like or respect him. Ultimately though, whatever happens in the Lordsmoot is your call so if you want Lord Drumm to support Seth go ahead. Feel free to chuck in a few new NPCs - as happened in the book - to make minor plays before being laughed away.
