A man wearing the crest of Tallahar rides close to the walls.He begins to yell.

"Listen defender's of Storm's End. Lord Tallahar Tyrell Defender of the Rose, Lord of Dawnrose Keep and the Dawn Raider wishes to liberate Storm's End. For this he needs you to lay down your arms and open the gates. If you do not do this he asks that the man who claims to lead your defiance come and parlay with the his Lordship on the morrow at midday."

The man nods then turns his horse and rides back.
