A judgement table had been set up in the great hall of Storm's End. On it was Callen, representing the crown, Andry for the Stormlands, Benjen for the North, Rhodri for the Vale, Warren for the Riverlands, Tallahar for the Reach, and Randal for the Westerlands. Lord Balor and Barret had not been present to take part in the trial.
Allard was brought before them in chains. And a herald unfurled a scroll. "Allard Lannister, you have been brought forth today to answer charges of treason, murder and kinslaying, for which the penalty is death or banishment. May the first witness be brought forth."
Ser Bronn, along with the Flowers girl was brought forth.
OOC: This takes place in the past, Callen is now moving North.

"To condemn a man before listening to the evidence and what he has to say for himself is little more than murder," Warren Blackwood says to Lord Tallahar. "Let us hear what these two have to say."
Warren turns back Ser Bronn and the Flowers girl, waiting for them to speak.

"I rode to war against this cur and if i had meet him on the battle field he would be missing a head it is that simple."
"But there more important matters, I was attacked in my chambers by an assassin wish to see me dead, it was one of you and I shall find out who for I swear whoever it was will pay. Also if they were a true man they would say it was them so I might fight them in a duel." The whole time will saying this Tallahar has a hand on his chair looking very pale and sick.

"Lord Tallahar, you and i had our disagreements, and we almost came to blows, but i did not send the assasian, although it may have been one of my bannermen who wouldnt take your insults, or one of my kin, for the same reason."
"So, may we proceed with this business, as you know i have some stake in it."

Upon hearing the Cur ask for trail by combat Tallahar walks to his Kings and kneels before him, "Your Grace I ask you, no I beg you to let me be your champion I shall have this Lion's head before he draws his sword."

"Your grace, it must be me," Jon Royce says. "I demanded justice six years ago for his rape of the freewoman Taena. I demanded a fair and just combat that very night, and Allard fled in the darkness under the Worm's cloak and then Baldwin shielded him from me -- for that the gods punished him."
"The gods know that Taena deserved this justice, just as much as Baldwin's death and every lord and monarch he has betrayed since. I will fight for your name, for hers, and for all that Allard has wronged in his life. Your grace, let me take up your sword, allow me to be your champion."
Lord Jon Royce's great bronze armor glitters in the torchlight. His face has never been so set and certain.

"Do not lie Jon you wish to do this for yourself I wish to do this for His Grace as it should be for Allard was rebel not a boy for you to reclaim your honor from." Turning from his king to stare down at Jon.

Jon does not flinch. "He fled my sword before, he should die by it tonight."
OOC: Jon is in his twenties and is a Lord. He is not a "boy".

"That does not matter to me Jon I am a man of the Reach and a fine swordsman and I may add the King's trusted friend you are a young Lord who wishes to bring up a old Personal grudge."
OOC: That's just how Tall is he would call anyone boy.

Callen ignored them and looked down upon Allard, "Lannister I warn you, if you choose trial by combat, and lose by it, the penalty shall be death. However, if you choose to take the trial, there's a possibility of exile on the Wall." He then addressed the table, "His crimes were against the Westerlands and I, and as such it is only right that if he chooses trial by battle he faces one of my choosing or Randal's. If he insists on this, he shall face Miles Oldflower of the Kingsguard."
