The merchants associations across Westeros set up a fine pavilion. During the day, goods from all over the land were available. At night the pavillions were used for parties for all the finer sort of attendees. Tents for the merchants' sleeping quarters were set back away from the hubbub of the newly erected Market Square.
Arguel Flowers had arranged with his brother to have large quantities of the finest fruits delivered to the Great Council. He erected one of the finest booths in the merchants enclosure, which Dort and some others ran while he networked with merchants and nobles across the land.
Amdle, wandering through the enclosure hoping to find some familiar faces, bumped into him by a stand of shoes.
He as usual didn't say much, just touched his father's shoulder lightly.
Arguel turned, distracted by the bustle, but stood shock still when he saw who it was. "You're not dead!"
"No, I was washed over board but I was rescued by Ironmen."
Arguel was not much one for showing his emotions but he hugged his son to his chest with all his might. "The gods are good to us this day." The news then started pouring out of his mouth about Anselm (a kingsguard) and Angala (still missing) and Angul (a healer of all things, could be worse) and King's Landing after the dragon burnt it, and his mother and her nieces, two of whom were sweet and one of whom was no better than she should be. He then dragged Amdle around and bought him new clothes and gave him a generous purse to do as he wished with.

A few hours after the events in Bella's tent, she arrives at the Merchant's enclosure looking uncomfortable in an ill-fitting attempt at a frock, glaring at anyone who so much as looks amused, and asks to see Lord Flowers.
Behind her, stony-faced, are the cream of Iron Islands nobility; Lord Quellon Drumm, Lord Dickon Harlaw, Lords Goodbrother and Sparr and of course Lord Balor Greyjoy with their entourage. They are decked out in all their finery.
Several Drowned God priests stand silently to one side, cloaks with their driftwood masks and cudgels.

Ser Arguel Flowers had been surprised by Amdle's news that he was to marry an Iron Isles woman, and horrified that it was to be a wedding under the Seven, but had hastily made as many arrangements as possible. When Bella and her entourage arrived, he was ready for them.
Amdle was dressed in plain but elegant dark clothing and was supported by his siblings Anselm, glistening in Kingsguard White, Angul (who had almost given Ser Arguel a heart attack when she showed up), and Fang from the Healers Band, as well as Dort, a wide variety of Black Shields and merchants and Lilith Royce, Lady Bettley, and Petra (Lord Bettley said he would try to come later if he could get away).
Amdle stood, bracing himself for the tumult that was a Drowned God wedding. His bride to be looked uncomfortable in her dress but somehow the air around her crackled. She was life.

The ironborn mixed poorly with the wedding guests and after several abortive attempts at intermingling, both parties lined up behind the wedding couple in front of the Drowned God and Septon.
Balor nodded stiffly to Arguel "Greetings, Ser Flowers"
The Drowned God began the ceremony "Here, by the sea and with the protection of those here assembled, we are here today to join this man and woman in the vows of marriage. May any who object take up arms or be silent!" he said sternly.

A few murmers but no objections were heard. Amdle took Bella's hands and stared into her eyes.

The Drowned God continued on in the same vein "Do you, Amdle Flowers Blacktyde, swear to defend and protect Bella Blacktyde against all foes? Do you swear to be true to her or risk losing her to another?" He turned to Bella "And you Bella Blacktyde swear to be faithful to your husband, to love and obey" Bella snorted at this remark "And to defend your hearth and home against all who dare to threaten your unity?"

"I swear," said Amdle very softly but with great feeling. And he winked at Bella as she groaned at the archaic vows.

Bella ground her teeth "I so swear" she said loudly, ignoring the snickers of some of the ironborn who knew her well enough. The Drowned God then reached for the wineskin full of seawater and drenched the heads of both participants with great solemnity "Then, in front of these here witnesses and in the name of the Drowned God, I bind you together in marriage. May any who try to come between you be cursed to live and die far from the sea". He turned to the rest of the congregation and intoned "What is dead cannot die, but grows harder and stronger". "What is dead cannot die, but grows harder and stronger!" the ironborn roared back and rushed the couple, raising Amdle onto their shoulders and giving lusty kisses on the cheek to Bella who grinned and punched them in the stomach, slightly less softly than normal.

Then the dancing began, with Iron Island drums, whistles and shell horns and a few brave Kings Landing fiddler's keeping up with the joyous cacophony. Finger dancing flourished at the sides of the dance floor as did some quite intense discussions about the monetary value of certain items that had been claimed for the Drowned Gods that might possibily be traded in for gold or more useful items like grain for the winter. A whole new set of trading partnerships were born that night. Both the Blackshields and Ironmen would like to have celebrated this fertility festival by excercising their own manly perogatives but not a lot of womanly takers for either charming set of gentleman.
Amdle and Bella kept themselves glued together the entire evening, reluctant to let the other go into the swirling mahem that was the celebration of their marriage.

Lord Balor greeted the couple and wished them well. As a wedding gift, he gave Amdle a large yew bow with an ornate quiver full of goosedown arrows (best not to ask how & when he got it really ) and to Bella he gave a large golden broach crafted in the form of an ironborn ship sailing on waves.

"A fine fine gift, Lord Balor," said Amdle upon receiving his wedding present. "I am honored at both your presence here today and by your gift of this bow. May I slay many of your enemies with it."
Amdle had heard rumors about the Iron Isles version of the bedding so he wasn't surprised when shouts of "time to go to the sea" started echoing around the enclosure. He and Bella were lifted on the shoulders of the Iron Men and some of the more drunken Blackshields and trundled down a steep path to a tiny rocky beach. Their clothes were ripped off and they were both thrown into the sea.
Bella recovered first and whispered laughing to Amdle, "Swimming out is the best way to do this," and he followed her taut, muscled body out beyond the crashing waves. He then performed the most difficult exercise any Iron Man ever has to perform, give proof of his manhood in cold water and with an audience. Fortunately, the sea was not too cold and the world around Bella sizzled so he accomplished this task quite efficiently. Hoots were heard from the distant shore whenever they came up for air.

Lady Haley walks through the many tents of of all the merchants and points to things and instantly two burly Reach men pick up the whats was pointed at Haley looks at the astonished merchant and lays a hand on his arm, "Do not worry i am not stealing but simple take this note to my Husband Lord Tallahar Tyrell he will see you are paid." And with that she turns from him and continues to walk as Jeyne hands the still shaken merchant a note with Tallahar standard and a list of the goods.

OOC: Haley has Tallahar wiped so she can do what she wants.
Haley face brightens amazingly as she sees her dear friend, letting off a light and cheerful laugh she looks into Lilith eyes' "Ah it is good to see you my dear and i must say i am pleased that you return to see me this time with having your Husband alive, and Master of Coin. Now you must come over to Tallahar and mine chambers to talk about everything we missed. And of course i must help all the people of Westeros in what ever way i can."

Lilith and Haley start to wander around the marketplace when Lilith spots a stall with leather goods. "Isn't this vest lovely?" she asks, holding it up against Haley. "It would work now and if you loosen the laces on it, it would work even if ones breasts filled slightly in case of an interesting event."
She winks at Haley, who is looking blooming. She has the shining skin of a happily pregnant woman.
