Barret Tyrell and a company of six score men-at-arms arrive at the Great Council. Barret himself is always surrounded by the most able of his guards, after learning news of the assault on the Caswells. However, he does take time to introduce himself to the big (and relatively small) names of Westeros (and beyond).

Emelia circulated with her own entourage, which had always included a supply of stout guards (and Ser Timm Dayne). Spotting Barret approaching her, she allowed him a practiced smile.
"Greetings," she said. "You would be the young Lord Tyrell?"

Lord Valwert Grandison, Castellan of Storm's End, is circulating the grounds doing his best to avoid his very pregnant wife Fenra, who has come down from Grandview for the occasion.

Bowing courteously, Barret smiled and said, "I am, madam, and you are the Princess Martell?"

Balor and his party arrive. He does not mix with the other guests, and merely notes who they are and under which banners they fall. He makes no effort to introduce himself to any of the other guests and whispers to Lord Harlaw occassionally and keeps a restraining hand on Lord Drumm who glowers at all others.

Randal and his guards mingle with the other lords, speaking for a time with Emelia and nodding to Balor. Several other Western lords speak rather heatedly with some of the Tyrells, but nothing more is done.

"Lord Lannister" Balor nods to the young man and lifts a glass in his direction. "Congratulations on ending the war and taking lordship in one fell blow. Bravo" he smiles.

Randal smiles at Balor. "Thank you, Lord Greyjoy, i came to see the error in Allards ways, and was able to correct it before it was too late. But how are things in the Iron Isles."

Balor shrugs "Fine, fine. More than fine actually. The recent engagements have proven to be quite profitable for us" he said, sipping at his wine carefully. "Thankfully your lands have been spared the ravages of war as well. Did you bring Lord, ah that is, Ser Allard with you?"

"Yes, he reamains in my camp, under the tightest guard, noone but myself and my most trusted can even see him, much less do anything to him. "

"Most trusted? He probably said the same once. Be careful of who you place your trust in, my lord. As the new Lord Lannister you have enemies you did not have yesterday, both those jealous of your new power and those who fear it"

Randal chuckles "Yes, Lord Balor, House Lannister seems to go through Lords like the rest of the realm goes through kings, something i think both Callen and I wish to stop."

"Well it came as a great shock to us all, the death of your uncle. I wish you well, milord Lannister" he said, patting him on the shoulder softly. As he turned to leave he whispered, so only Randal could hear, "Watch your back, Randal. I have a bad feeling about this event. Guard yourself well". Smiling, he headed off to mingle with the other guests.

Randal then headed off to see who else was attending this wonderfull event.
