"Ah, a sensible man," says Ser Gavin. He produces a small pouch from somewhere and tosses it towards the thug. It jangles when the man catches it. "Might'n that make a more compelling argument in our favor, Ser?"

The man nods, "Alright, but we're going up with you."
He gestures at a handful of men to watch the door, while he and a few others motion for the Dornishmen to follow them.

"Lead the way, Sers," says Ser Gavin, following after him. Ser Vindel grunts and follows suit a second later, casting a suspicious eye at the rest of the thugs.

The men remain quiet as they follow their "Guests" up.

The small group reaches the library and looks around to see if the library contains any books dealing with the ancestry of the noble houses of Dorne.

There are two books on the subject, both fairly hefty.

Baldric looks at Lorenza as Daniel departs. The city seemed more calm then Baldric last remembered it. "Stutters you take the guys and watch the kid," Baldric says to his confidant. "Lorenza and I will look for an inn and then see about raising the men we need."
Stutters nodded, "Sh Sh Sh Sh Sh," Lyman paused for a second, "Sh Sh Sh Sh. . . Okay Boss," he said as the men went to follow after Daniel.
"What are your plans?" Baldric said turning towards Tristan.

"I intend finding out what the political situation is here. If there are rebels against the Baratheon, I hope to make contact with them and assist them in whatever way I can."

"Okay," Baldric nods, "but you'll be fine on your own for the short term?" Baldric asks as he scratches his ass. "I wouldn't approach anyone until my team can go with you but I guess there is no harm in scouting around."

Tristan nodded.
"It's likely that the men we can raise will come from rebels anyway, unless there are sell-sword companies in the area. If you intend trying to raise men, then I'll go with you. Perhaps we can make a few inquries around the inn."

"Well I know of about a hundred men that will follow me and Lorenza with no effort," Baldric said wiping the sweat from his brow. "All they will want is a decent day's wage. . . wouldn't think the rebels were too strong here in the city though after the last beating we gave them when they rose up. . . I'se supporting the other side then," he said with a smile. "Be careful though, the Flea's got a strong network here especially in the south near Sunspear and Lemonwood, talk to the wrong man or woman and its likely to end up in his ears. Best chance for finding rebels is out in the desert but we'll likely need a guide so we don't die of thirst."

"I still have some of Lord Rhaegar's gold.", Tristan said jangling a small pouch he kept under his cloak.
"Not all of it was taken in Pentos. We can make a start with that in terms of hiring a guide and paying men."

"Have you heard from your lord?" Baldric asked spitting and watching the thristy ground suck it up. "Things were looking bleak when we left Pentos and rumors off the boat didn't seem to promising neither."
