Thankful to be in out of the bone chilling gale, Olander Reed and his men huddle underneath their cloaks as the warmth returns to them.
"Lord Quincy," he says, giving a respectful nod of his head to the boy, "I trust you are well?"

The boy sat on a dais, surrounded by a number of knights, and a few advisors, one wearing blue robes, leaned down and whispered to the boy.
"I understand you are a Reed, from the Neck, you are here on behalf of Lord Stark? Finally?"

The crannogman nods slowly at Quincy. The boy was certainly well spoken, but if Olander was impressed he failed to show it.
"I am," he said coolly. "The Apostate Pylos Frey has been delt Lord Stark's justice, Lord Quincy, for the murder of your lord father."

"That is good to hear. Than you may tell Lord Stark he has my thanks, and the gratitude of my..." He looked up at his advisor who whispered something.
"And the gratitude of my people. Is there anything else Ser Reed?"

Olander's eyes flickered, but he made to effort to correct the boy lord. "I have had seven followers of the Apostate interred in your cells, Lord Quincy. Keep them alive, should Milord Stark wish to question any. If not, you will be permitted to execute them in the fashion you see fit," he said curtly, before turning on his heel and making to leave.
"See that they are made good example of," he added over his shoulder before exiting.

The boy looked as if to speak, but than closed his mouth again, as the little neck man left.

The men of White Harbour show the Lord of the North to the great hall, where a young boy is sitting on a dais. Around him are several men.
"Greetings Lord Stark. Welcome to White Harbour. You do us honor with your presence." The boy says, in a high pitched voice.

"Lord Manderly," the crannogman said, dipping his head, "I trust you've taken care of the prisoner's I left in your hands?"

"Yes Lord Reed. They were tried, and judged. Most were hanged, a few seemed to be unaware of the... violent aspect of their little cult, and so I exiled them to south of the neck." The boy smiled, seemingly proud of himself.

Olander nodded thoughtfully at the information, though whatever those thoughts might have been were lost beneath his tepid expression. "You have my thanks then," he said mildly.

Roose Stark handed his snowy cloak to one of his men. "Lord Manderly I trust you have a regent at this time?"

"Why do you say that milord? I'm young, its true, but so were you when you took your lordship."

Roose looked the boy up and down. "I wasn't that young. Even I had a regent for a few years."
