Riding up to the Rose host he calls, "I am here to parlay!"

Ser Seth had stayed behind, with the main host, not wanting to join Barret in the parlay, for he considered himself too green-looking to do much effect.

Jerard Manderly seemed taken aback with those demand, and looked over his shoulder at the city. Seeing Lord Butler Manderly also traveling with the reachmen, Jerard points at him and says, "We surrender to him. You can be Lord, Butler. Father said he will take the black."
