Aranya, Fallon and Perra rode out of the northernmost mountains, and were soon on the stretch of land that would lead to the smallest Fingers, and then the bay.

A great company of knights and lords travel from the Vale for the great tourney of King's Landing. Among them ride Ser Gerold of Ninestars, Ser Edric Hunter, Ser Harry Belmore, Ser Casset Corbray and Lord Tommen Redfort, considered the most fearsome knights in this company.

The snow storm that had hit the North with a fury now spreads and starts moving further south. Heavy flakes blanket the world, creating white out conditions. A bitter cold cuts through clothing and skin.
