Lord Goldinger is in the training yard with a few of his men. He is conversing with the master-at-arms about the 50 men the Frey brought with him and where to put them. Eventually, the master-at-arms leaves with a Frey captain to handle the details, leaving Goldinger to wait for the regent and King's Hand to summon him.

Barclay bows to Horas as he meets the King's Hand for the first time, "Thank you, Lord Blackwood. I've been able to muster 6,000 men and 50 ships to our cause. Though the host size is decent I think we can raise more throughout the Crownlands if need be. The presence of the Lord Hand or Lord Regent would be more of a beacon to strong men than that of a lesser Lord."
