Horas looks at Tallahar for a moment, his face betraying no emotion. "Your liegelord has accused you of treason, Tallahar, and you will be held under arrest by the crown. Will you come with me and cooperate or will my men have to bind you?"

"Horas kill me now or let me go I have no time for all this. I am as weak as a new born."

"Lord Tallahar, if you are to be executed it will be in the King's court, not on a whim in Lord Varner's tent," Horas says. He issues instructions to his men, and two move over to Tallahar's weak frame and lift him to his feet under each shoulder. The rest ensure no one tries to interfere.
The guards take Tallahar from the tent.

"I apologize this had to happen Lord Horas. But I don't know what is to be done with the man." Francis throws up his hands in frustration.

Haley comes running over she has a few guards with her. She tries to fight to see her husband. "Tallahar what have you done now."
"Nothing My Sun talk to O high and Mighty Regent Francis."

"My cousin simply cannot refrain from speaking treason. No matter how much you beg him to stop he insists on continuing. I begged him to stop, and I ordered him to stop, and he would not listen." Francis shakes his head wearily.

Seth left the tent, but not before handing Francis a piece of parchment.

Haley rushes and pounds her fist on Francis chest, "What have you done you bloody Ferret."

Francis ignores the barrage. "I am not unsympathetic to your plight Haley. You married a brave, and courageous man, but he is stubborn, bullheaded and foolish. He refuses to listen to reason or hold his tongue, instead spouting whatever treasonous thoughts come to his head. That is his flaw not mine."

Alexander shakes his head grudgingly, he is still not entirely sure what happened as he missed most of the discussion between the two reachmen but figures it better to be seen and not heard. He looks at Haley's onslaught at Lord Varner with interest, but as she does not appear to be armed he lets her be.

"He speak he is Tallahar. So you arrest a man for speaking hopes and dreams. How could you Francis he merely wishes to have the Reach united. Do you care more for the Iron Throne then your own family. He is going to die and it is all your fault."

"It was more than hopes and dreams and idle talk Lady Haley. I've accepted his idle chatter with great tolerance before. This time he said he would work towards that goal. That is to work directly against his Lord and his King. That is the definition of treason. He also said your son would do the same. I am concerned what kind of education your husband has provided for that child."

"Tallahar couldn't stand without support and William is being squired at Raventree Hill. Is that working towards these Goals. He was simply sitting with friends boasting about what he wishes. And you Francis Varner took that as Treason it was talk nothing more. Do you think I would of allowed him to get into trouble again. NO. I thought I could trust you but you clearly shown that I cannot."

"And you are showing that I can not trust you. I knew Tallahar had hot blood, I had hoped your northern roots would cool things down. Perhaps that was a false hope."

"Hot Blood. Yes Tallahar has hot blood but I thought men like you would trust that he wouldn't do these things. Not arrest him for Treason."
