"Take 12 men for riders, with messages to the Lords of the Far Reach. These will be copies of letters sent by raven. Here is a copy of the letter for yourself." Francis hands him a letter, and allows him to read it.

Alexander reads the letter, "I see. . . what a bloody mess. Well I appreciate your trust in me Lord Varner, I won't disappoint. Safe travels then to you and Anne. May the Crone light the way back home."

Alexander nods and then heads to his tent in the Varner camp to find Ser Gilbert. "Gilbert come on we have an errand to run. We leave today."
"Good I was getting tired of this place. The tavern owners keeps watering down the ale."
"Its probably cause they think you to drunk to notice."
Ser Alexander Irwyn and Ser Gilbert Flowers leave with 12 other Knights of House Varner to head to the Keep in Upland.

Once everything is packed away he departs for Highgarden and then Uplands.

A small note is left for Warren Blackwood.
With recent changes William will be traveling with me before he enters your services as a squire. Once things have been sorted out at the Capital William will travel with all haste to Raventree Hill.

Several guards in Blackwood colors escort Braska to Warren's tent. Warren looks at the man when he enters. He does not recognize him.
"Yes?" Warren says briskly.

Clayton enters the tent. "I am Clayton Braska, Castellan to Lord Seth Falgrave. We have started the production of Pitch, and I was interested in starting trades. Pitch can be used for torches, or to seal the hulls of ships. I am sure Lord Mallister would be happy to have some, for his fleet. "

"Lord Warren Blackwood wants to talk to you in his tent," The man says, then cracks his knuckles ominously.
