Walking up to the door of Lady Sara Lannister, Baldwin knocked before entering. Looking about he sees Sara holding little Jeyne and a smile touches his lip.
"Sara how are you feeling?" Baldwin walks over and lays a comforting hand on her shoulder, "She is beautiful."

"I'm fine, if a little tired. She'd been screaming fit to burst until just before you came in." Looking down at Jeyne again, her face lit up, "But she's perfect. Everything's perfect."

"Allard and Elena's were both that color when they were born." Bending low he looked the little baby straight in the eyes. Then he stuck out his tongue and puffed out his cheeks. After a moment he rose and chuckled once, "I know she is too young for that, but I couldn't help it. When ever I did that Allard he would laugh and laugh."
"I am sorry for your lost, Breyn was a good man. Hopefully we can give him a little justice." Baldwin tried to put a comforting look on his face, it was a poor fit.

Sara's smile faltered a little at the mention of her brother. "Thank you. I still can't quite believe it. The last time I saw him was so long ago it's as though he's still just away."

"When Serena passed, I did not really feel the lose until the funeral. One of the guests fell, and when I did not hear a sharp comment from her I knew she was gone." His face grows cold and distant.
With a great effort Baldwin pushes away his dark thoughts, "I am sorry. Today is a joyous day, one of new life. I should not have brought these things up."
"Now that you have a child you will understand a lot more about the world. Your children, "he gives a slight emphasis to the word children, "always come first. I would do anything to protect them, and to give them a better world when I pass on." Baldwin looks at the door and then back to Sara.

The Lannister convoy arrives bck at Casterly Rock and Sara and Jeyne immediately set about making their chambers comfortable.

Lady Sara Lannister receives a letter from her brother conveying to her and her daughter his best wishes. It requests she correspond with him regularly about her treatment at the Rock.
