Since the fires destroyed the Black Finger Bones gang, the Goldcloaks have shown increasing determination under Commander Jaeharys Velayron and Ser Emmett Thorne. New gangs are dealt with harshly.
The Dornish spearmen are also reminded in no uncertain terms that they do not have the right to patrol any area of the city beyond that expressly approved by the King, Callen Baratheon, and that they have no authority and no jurisdiction. Any Dornish spearmen committing violence outside of that approved area will be arrested and punished as would any other criminal.
