A plague is shaking the lands of the North. Though fairly successfully quarantined it has taken the lives of many nobles and commoners and is ravaging the Stark family. Lord Syd Stark is bed-ridden with sickness. His cousin, Ser Benjen Stark has taken over as Steward of the North.
