Lord Regent Randal is not someone you ever want to feast with. He steals lemony lemoncakes, cannot cut his meat with his dagger, burps loudly, often barfs over his guests, eats all the choicest cuts and serves chicken necks to his guests, and also gives out watered wine while he drinks Arbor strongwine.
