Daenya laughed, "I think I would love to see your hand right now in front of these people. Prove your bravery and you could be rewarded." She stroked a finger down the side of his face.

He smiled a little. He had a fleeting thought of Violet, but his lover was safe in Oldtown, and one kiss would not hurt her. Nor would two, either. He caught her waist between his hands and leaned in to kiss her as he pulled her body full against his. This time his kiss was filled with passion.

"Oh indeed it does. I am not so simple as that, my dear. Though if you can play the harp it is a good place to begin." She smiled to herself. "I will have to begin elsewhere then." he replied lightly. Oswyn was glad to see the normally straight-laced Gwayne give into a little frivolous temptation with the Targaryen woman, raising his goblet in mock salute with a broad smile as the Reachman injected the chaste kiss with a bit more fervor.

I hear you have a cold passion there that is quite intriguing?"

Jennalynn decided that she had kept to herself long enough, had she gone through the challenge she might as well enjoy herself and introduce herself to the host, even if the man scared her a little. She took a deep breath before leaving her secluded place in the shadowy place along the wall. She curtsied as she approached the lord of House Cave, adding a smile toward the man while hoping that her feelings wouldn't shine through. "My lord Cave, I am Jennalynn Royce." she said introducing herself, even if she was certain that the Lord knew already. "This is without a doubt the weirdest party I have ever attended, but it looks wonderful." "What and absolutely delicious compliment, Saxon replied, "I thank you," he said eyeing Targaryen and whispering, "please don't fault me for the host for the manners of his guests, since after all everyone found their own invites."

Saxon eyed his "date" with disapproval and a stern look suggesting punishment would be meted out in private. "Lady Jennalynn is a more refined sort, let us keep civil tongues." He smiled at the Royce girl, "My companion is absolutely exquisite to look at, but is insolent, as all favored servants inevitably are."

"Lord Cave," Lord Baratheon said politely, with a nod. "Granddaughter," he added, favoring Jennalynn with a smile. "Are you enjoying the evening?" he asked, casting a disapproving look at the Dornish servant.

Saxon pulled the Rhonyish girl onto his lap, and squeezed her about the waist warmly, "Then again dear," he told her, "It's not the civility of your tongue that makes you so fascinating."

"I have some thoughts on that subject, but we shall spare the young Royce." Saxon japed.

"A woman's tongue has only one purpose besides civility, and I do not see yours being put to that currently," Lord Baratheon replied scathingly. "But then, the Dornish never did know properly how to keep their women in check; a mark of their cowardice and debauchery no doubt."

But he hid it beneath a smile and said "I have not heard of cold passion. I am curious to know how it differs from the ordinary sort of passion. But I am pleased that I could satisfy you, Lady Daenya."

Saxon smiled, "Oh, that's not true at all, Lord Baratheon had quite a way with the ladies... in his day." Saxon winked and offered his flagon to clink cups with the Stag lord.

Lord Baratheon toasted Lord Cave with a smile. "Whores, however, only give birth to cowards and filth," he shot back at the Rhoynish girl. "I have never preferred a woman asking for coin, it is much more enjoyable to make them admit what they want before giving it to them. Polite company calls for different behavior than in the bedroom, but that is not a distinction I would expect you to make, girl."

Saxon scowled slightly, "You," he told the slave, 'Wait for me in my room." he nudged her off his lap, and slapped her rear.
"I apologize Lord Baratheon," He said, "I dote on her, for reasons which are obvious."

"No apologies necessary, my lord," Sammael replied with a laugh. "We've all got our favored servants, and without exception they inevitably come to believe that they can act as though their shit smells like roses. I imagine she is well worth a sharp tongue, and to tell it true it keeps my wits sharp to have such an exchange."
"This is a fantastic event you have created for us here, and I have not even ventured into my own personal haven" he added, with a nod to the room Lord Cave had pointed out earlier. "I wonder, though, if the time has come for questions and information?"
