The Chipped Tooth Inn is a seedy, run-down place located in a dark alley off River Row. It's the sort of tavern a man goes to for a cheap drink, a cheap whore, or to take a cheap shot at a man who looks at you sideways. No self-respecting noble would show their face here.
The establishment is run by a retired member of the Knights of the Flagon. The are always a few of the mercenary knights drinking the day away here, and the company can be hired from the Chipped Tooth even when it is engaged in business elsewhere.
