Gareth shook his head still smiling at Amelia. "I like to know who I am speaking to. Especially when I'm speaking to a beautiful lady."

"Come and have dinner with me before long," Amelia said, touching Tynian's arm. "You can get better acquainted with Lord Oswyn." Tynian nodded "A fine idea. I look forward to it. Until then, dear sister" he said, lightly kissing her on each cheek. He looked around the room for a moment, keen eyes missing nothing, before returning to his sister's face. "Have a good evening, I believe it is time for me to depart. Ser Gareth, Lord Oswyn" he nodded politely to both, before taking his leave.

"Ah, Lady Annara. My father mentioned her often...in very flattering terms as I remember. She is well I trust? I cannot say whether Isabel takes after her I'm afraid. I don't believe I've had the pleasure of meeting her" "By all accounts, my mother was a beautiful woman in her youth." replied Gareth. "She was devoted to my father and nursed him devotedly in his final illness." He nodded a farewell to Tynian, as the Lannister took his leave.

"A Baratheon now." Oswyn interjected genially, offering Gareth and Tynian the hand not occupied with the cane in turn. "An honor to meet you both." Realizing that Lord Tully was deeply engrossed in his conversation, Evan approached Lord Baratheon, wondering why in the Seven Kingdoms he needed to talk to the man, but he continued,"Lord Baratheon", He extended his hand,"Prince Martell, I heard from my sister that you fought bravely in the battle." Evan briefly glanced at his injury,"And my congrats to the keeps as rewards for your... Bravery."

"Open war has never been my taste. I more or less prefer politics." Smiling,"And yes My Lady, that was Lyssandra, my younger sister. She has a more taste for battle than I do. The war was hard, even with Baratheon fighting beside Martell. It was a gracious show of unity between the houses."
He chuckled at the mention of his other sister,"Yes, Doreah. I wish I could see her more often but her place is with her husband and I am sure they are busy taking care of affairs for the Lannisters."

Tynian chuckled at Oswyn "Indeed, and mother to the future of your House so I hear? Congratulations to you both. And to you especially Ser Oswyn" he said, glancing down at the man's legs and cane. "It takes a brave man to keep fighting such a personal war" he continued softly. "I may know of some people who could be of assistance, if you remain broad-minded. Not all the best minds reside in the Citadel, despite it's universal hold over our teachings at times" a slight smile played across his face but his gaze remained steady as he looked across at the knight. "I will keep your offer in mind." Oswyn said thoughtfully. "Perhaps we can speak of it in a more private setting?" He watched his good-brother depart curiously and then turned his attention to the discussion between his wife and Ser Gareth. He was about to intervene, uncomfortable with Hightower's impropriety before a married woman, but was distracted by Prince Evan Martell. Realizing that Lord Tully was deeply engrossed in his conversation, Evan approached Lord Baratheon, wondering why in the Seven Kingdoms he needed to talk to the man, but he continued,"Lord Baratheon", He extended his hand,"Prince Martell, I heard from my sister that you fought bravely in the battle." Evan briefly glanced at his injury,"And my congrats to the keeps as rewards for your... Bravery." Oswyn shook Evan's hand, though his demeanor cooled noticeably before the Dornishman. "Those words have weight, coming from a warrior such as your sister." he said, amicably enough. "The keeps will provide little solace I am sure, but the Crown's generosity is ever appreciated."

Now with the attention of both Baratheons, Evan smiled,"Yes they are, I remember them in their youth, all smiles and deeply infatuated with each other. I beleive they are a wonderful couple and the children, I have not had the pleasure of meeting them yet,but I do look forward to it."
"And Lord Baratheon, yes she did speak highly of you and your's regarding the battle. I am proud the Dorne was able to provide such a gateway tot he battleground for our Kingdom to find it's victory."

"The North?", he nodded. "Smart move, to place relations with one of the largest armies in Westeros." Evan also looked for the girls, but he h as never met them so his search would be in vain.
"I do have a request, if you two would allow me", he smiled,"I extend you an invitation to our Manse for dinner, as a gesture of good faith."

"Your sister is too kind." Oswyn replied, hesitant at words of praise from Dornish lips. "Dorne did its part, as did the other kingdoms. United, Westeros is a match for any foe."
"We would be...honored to accept your invitation." Oswyn replied, knowing it would be rude to reject the offer of hospitality, even if it was from the leader of a kingdom he was at war with more often than not.

"Very well then", he smiled. "I hope you will have a palette for Dornish food, but if you do not wish it I can anything you want prepared." He glanced at Amelia,"And if it would make you feel more at ease, please bring my neices. Since I have not met them it would be a good time."
"I do understand your apprehension at receiving a dinner invite from a Dornishman, I would feel the same, but it is better to be cordial and civil than shedding blood, do you agree?" He looked at them both,"My sister and I will have everything prepared for you tomorrow night."

Gareth shook his head still smiling at Amelia. "I like to know who I am speaking to. Especially when I'm speaking to a beautiful lady." She laughed. "The Hightowers are as charming as ever, I see." "We do our best." smiled Gareth, taking a wine cup from the tray of a passing servant. "The Far Reach is the center of chivalry in the Seven Kingdoms don't you know."

He nodded graciously to them both,"Please excuse me again." He steeped towards Lord Tully,"Yes I did want to have a conversation with you... Let us find a quiet corner away from guests."

"Until tomorrow evening then." He returned his attention to Lord Tyrell and Ser Gareth.

Lord Tyrell turned to Oswyn, and said with a smile, "I had heard you were crippled? I will ummmm... have to get better ears."
