Harold standing watching waiting for someone to speak too at this party sees the vale woman enter and he figures having no one else to talk too he approaches the woman and with a respectful head bow, he greets her. "My lady, I do not think we are acquainted but you have the face of a woman from the Vale, do you happen to be a Royce?" He asks with a kind smile. Jennalynn didn't get up to curtsy to the older lord of Riverrun, as she had just taken her seat, so instead she flashed him the most charming smile she could muster and looked up at him. "I am, my lord. I must apologize but there are so many new faces to me here that I have to admit you have me at a disadvantage as I can't say from which of the realms you hail from, except Dorne. My name is Jennalynn Royce, may I ask of yours" she said and looked down at the table in an attempt to look embarrassed.

It is a pleasure to meet you Lady Jennalynn." He noticed her head move to look at the table. "Do not worry my Lady, I am not offended."

Meryn walked up to Lord and Lady Baratheon. He smiled at the couple and nodded to where Lady Amelia was holding up her husband."Ozzy, you grow stronger. It's good to see your in better health." He turned to the lady,"Lady Amelia, no doubt helping your husband has made you stronger as well." Lord Oswyn nearly flinched at Ser Meryn's overly-familiar greeting to an elder and social superior, raising an eyebrow expectantly as if offering the young knight a chance to try again.

Harold looks from Jenn briefly and sighs silently as Meryn has somehow gotten himself in trouble again, he hopes he can take care of himself and not have to remove the boy from this party like a spoiled child, he returns his attention to the woman however trying to keep eye on the situation.

Hearing her husband referred to as "Ozzy" by some stripling she had never seen nor heard of before did not impress Amelia. She regarded the young knight coolly. "Indeed," she said frostily. "No need to get angry. You married a good guy and one who is brave at that." He patted Oswyn gently on the shoulder,"It's hard to find those two characteristics separately, let alone together." He smiled his trademark smile, it usually got him out of trouble.

Jennalynn noticed that Harold glanced over at the group consisting of Amelia, Oswyn and what looked to be a relative of Harold's. "If there is something more important that needs your attention, I would understand, my lord" she said with a smile and looked over to the group.

Evan makes his entrance into the party, not really wanting to be but at the behest of Lyssa, he needed to talk to Lord Tully. He sees him speaking with the young Vale woman and makes his way over.
Nodding courteously to the young lady,"Evening, My Lady... WOuld you mind if I took Lord Tully for one moment? We have a subject to discuss."

"No, of course not, my lord. Unless Lord Harold objects of course." she said and nodded, gave the two older men a small smile.

He smiled his trademark smile, it usually got him out of trouble. Oswyn glanced critically at the spot on his person upon which the dreadfully informal knight had deemed fit to touch him before returning his cobalt gaze to the man himself. "Enjoy your evening, ser." he said, deciding that the man had already been granted a second chance to correct himself and would not get a third. Noticing Lord Harold Tully watching, he favored him with a raised eyebrow, as if to ask if that was really the type of knight to be expected of the Riverlands. Lord Tyrell grunted but did not stop. He pulled Amelia away, heading towards Lord Tyrell. "A splendid party, lord uncle." he said in greeting, stressing the familial relation that seemed forgotten more often than not. "You have no doubt set the bar high for the rest of the great houses."

Ser Gareth Hightower entered the manse with his younger cousin Ser Lyonel Costayne in tow. He saw Lord Tyrell talking to a man on a cane whom he recognised as the Baratheon heir. He frowned slightly. Even though he had squired for Lord Tyrell he thought the man presumptuous for throwing a party purportedly representing the whole Reach. However Gwayne wanted the Hightowers there and here he was.
Carefully he removed his white gloves and folded them over his forearm, before moving towards Lord Tyrell.
