"I thank you." he muttered. making his way in the direction the septa had indicated. As he stepped into the garden, he raised his arm against the blinding rays of the sun, attempting in vain to stave off the pounding migraine from the night before. When his sight had adjusted, he looked around for the individual that had warranted this visit.

Any nerves at facing his disgraced wife again was immediately replaced by anger and annoyance as he realized the ruse, a lazy ruse at that. He had been lied to by Aurane and Doreah, a thought which rankled him.
He crossed the distance between himself and the imposter in three long strides, surging forward with a dangerous glint in his eyes.
"Where is she?" he asked in a fierce whisper, seething as he took the woman's wrist firmly in his hand.

He held her hand up, the one which his father had branded on the genuine Amelia.
"You do. Now tell me where she is." he commanded, eyes boring into her. "Do not make me ask a third time."

The news did little to calm him, the clumsy deception of the Lannisters insulting. He relaxed slightly, but did not release the hand.
"Now what am I to do with you?" he asked, seeming to consider the matter. "You could not have expected this ruse to end well."

"Who has reportedly been cast from her house." he countered. "If the realm believes her bereft of the protection of her own house, whom do you think shields you?"
