"Right then, here's the place," Crawley nods. He comes back later, at the appropriate time, and takes the ritual bath to cleanse himself of earthly sin. Fresh and clean, he re-dresses, then unsheathes his sword and holds it point-down on the floor. Crawley bows his head before the Father. Crawley never did like the Father much. His own father was a prick, and Crawley didn't much like the thought of some high and mighty judge he couldn't slip one by.

Ser Leyton arrived at the Great Sept, and brusquely made his way up it's steps, taking them two at a time. Once inside he began to search for the highest ranking member of the faith present.

Amelia slowly climbed the steps of the Great Sept, her head and shoulders bowed. Her green eyes were red-rimmed and puffy, as if she had been crying. She wore a dress of soft brown wool, plainly cut but richly embroidered around collar and sleeves, and gloves to cover both hands. A young septon approaches her, "My lady... are you alright?"

The Septon looked surprised, "And who are you my dear?" He took her hand and patted it.

The septon stood, and led her inside. He took her to a private chamber and said, "Sit here. I will be right back. Let me fetch some foods." He walked from the room quickly.

The septon returned with a plate of bread and cheeses and a bottle of wine. He placed them in front of her, and then sat beside her. "Go ahead do not wait on me."

"I can not speak for the Seven. I can only serve them." The Septon replied, "What has happened to you?"

The septon seemed taken aback, "I am not sure I follow. Why did your family vote?"

The Septon asked, "And why did they do this to you?"

"You can stay here of course... there is room for you with the Septas." The septon asked.

Once inside he began to search for the highest ranking member of the faith present. A Septon approaches him. "I am Ser Leyton of house Hightower." Leyton informed the man. "I have come to answer the high Septon's call. Pray tell me where the army of the faith is assembling that I might join it."

The man chuckled, "There is no army of the Faith, that would be in violation of the law, my son."

The man chuckled, "There is no army of the Faith, that would be in violation of the law, my son." Leyton tried to hide his exasperation. "Yes, but what of the High Septon's call? Surely it has been answered by many! Where can I find such a group, are you aware?"

"We called for men to travel to White Harbor... if we were to organize them... that would be a violation." The Septon replied.
