"My lady's words are kind..." He said nodding. "They're enough to quench such a bastard's heart. I may now live more peacefully with myself..." As Harlan turned he could feel his father gazing at him, he knew his eyes would be in a mix of anger and disgust for his weakness.

"This blunder shan't repeat itself..." Yohn gave a solemn bow. "And it's an honor you bestow upon me brother." He said dryly, frowning as if he had just been condemned to the block. But deep inside, behind his stone heart, maybe he was grinning like a child. Meletyne just smiled wider and gave a bow. "The honor is mine, my lord," Lord Baratheon replied. "The accounts I heard indicated that the Master of Ships turned tail and fled almost as soon as battle commenced, before his ship was run down and sank. We will travel to King's Landing soon, but I want you to see to your new seat. There's a good harbor there, and our fleet can use re-fitting and supply. We've plenty of timber, and the revenues from these new estates will serve our shipyards well."

"I'll be glad to serve you, brother!" Yohn exchanged some glances with Meletyne. "May I ask the name of the island and the keep?"

"The island is Argilac's Rest, you remember the little one with the sheltered cove, on the western edge of the island chain. I misremember the name of the keep," he added.

"The island is Argilac's Rest, you remember the little one with the sheltered cove, on the western edge of the island chain. I misremember the name of the keep," he added. Yohn's eyes shone and he almost smiled. "Solitude..." He whispered under his breath, in his way back from the war he'd harbored the Black Fawn, the Keep's architectural style had struck him as a surprise, the grey stones gave the building a cold and grim air, which made Yohn feel comfortable almost at home, and of course the cove's entrance seemed the perfect place to have some hanged corpses as decoration.

Lord Baratheon nodded. "You may do so, after we return from King's Landing. I am quite sure it will be as you say, my lady," he said with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes. "Though I will likely tour the Stormlands, and hold court at each castle I inspect. It has been a decade since I saw to the defenses of my lands and vigilance must be maintained. Your lord husband will be Castellan here, during that time," he added, nodding over at Oswyn.

Lord Jensen walked right up to Amelia, and smiled at her across the table, and then he said a little too loudy, "So Amelia... now that your man is broken I would be thrilled to take you for a long ride." He looked around before winking at her and adding, "In my bed." He blinked both eyes at her.

"It appears that you are making my wife uncomfortable, Lord Jensen." Oswyn said, each word measured, condensing his fury. "Perhaps you should return to your own table...for the good of the Rain House."

Lord Baratheon watched his son carefully, seeing how he handled the situation, and how Lord Wylde would react.

"Don't worry boy. I will make it real comfortable for her." Lord Jensen replied.
